So far so good. Just got the phone less than 24 hrs ago. I was a tmobile customer for 8 years and wow verizon is fast so far. Also the discounted bill for my gf working in healthcare got us a 22% discount per month on our bill.

One quick question. Do we need voodoo control to adjust the color of our screen. I remember with my nexus s you could with an app called voodoo control i think. Been a minute.

No, Franco's kernel allows you to adjust the color. I believe it's done via a terminal command. Check out that thread for more info.

If you get his kernel updater app...here...you can change all of the settings from there. Much easier than futzing with the terminal.

Yea i have it now. Loving this phone.

Voodoo sound is for galaxy s I think, and the nexus has a different sound chip then the sgs(or so I've heard). You'd have to ask supercilious though if he is working on something for the GN.

iv searched for stuff related to voodoo port for gnex but couldn't find anything. Perhaps anyone who has found something would kindly share some links?
Does supercurio even own a gnex? Am very curious about his work, I never owned any other Samsung so obviously haven't bee n able to use his mods in the past.

Yeah I would really want his voodoo sound tweak on my Gnex! The current sound sucks and I LOVED the Voodoo sound on my original Galaxy S.

Although it has been stated that when CM9 is released our phone will be supported. (Also helps that cyanogemon him self has our phone)
Best bet is to just stick with the latest Juggernaut until the CM9 release

We're waiting for T-Mobile to release it to our handsets. Your correct about 'also' us waiting for DEV, since ICS has already been released, its a matter of the strenuous porting. Also, the drivers are totally different from the ATT and the international version.
It's just, I'm not feeling the love since CM9 nightlies are available for the ATT & international version but not for OUR handset.

Dude, be patient. The AT&T version is the international version just in a different casing. Both are based on the exynos chipset. This chip was being worked first, followed by ours (MSM8660).
From the man himself on his cyanogen mod blog:
"Currently, you can compile CM9 for a small number of devices- notably the Samsung Galaxy Nexus and Nexus S, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Wi-Fi and T-Mobile versions), the HP Touchpad and Motorola Xoom. The next devices to show up will likely be a whole array of Samsung phones (Exynos chipset), with devices based on the Qualcomm MSM8660 and 7×30 chipsets to follow."

All the evos! Dang how many did they produce? You must have millions!
Seriously though, I really like the AOKP Builds. Build 30 just released and its based on the newest release 4.0.4. AOKP also has a ton of extra features!

Well actually I had 5 OG Evos and 3 E3D's

CM9 or AOKP. The links are in the development section for your respective device.

Just make a nandroid backup of your stock ROM and try as many as you want. That's what I did with my Sprint GNex a few weekends ago since I wasn't 100% sure what I was looking for. You can always restore back to stock should you not like a ROM for any reason.
I decided on AOKP b37 and Franco Milestone 3 (now running Milestone 4)--this setup has been flawless for me with no crashes or hangs at all. In addition to my stock nandroid backup I also have four backups of other ROMs as well, should I want to try out the different functionality each one offers.
Rascream and liquid smooth are probably the two best roms.
Rascream doesn't have many options but is built from aosp and is the fastest rom out there and liquid has more options and is pretty smooth.
Thanks guys

A lot of these build.prop edits are in most of your custom roms anyway and a lot of them have options to enable the init.d stuff no need for a script to do it twice.
