For whatever reason, my phone has decided to start telling me I have low space. Im really confused because I don't have a ton on my phone. I then looked at my memory and it looks like I only have around 600mb total internal storage. Shouldnt i have more? What can I do to fix it?

Clear all app cache and use link to sd application from play store if you rooted your phone.
Cache clearing apps are also available in market...

Is there any way to increase the data partition? I have 6.59 GB free of internal storage.
Sent from my ADR6300 using xda premium
You can try the ext4 no data limit. The low space warning pops up when either /data or /data/data fill uo . (Two separate partitions) repartitioning so far has failed. So the best solutions are app2sd and/or the ext4 no data limit which moves app data to /data and doesn't mount /data/data.

I determined that's it was my data/data partition. Is there a way I can clean it up?

Do you have a lot of contacts or SMS stored?
I guess one way would be to dump the sizes of all directories in /data/data.
From terminal you can do
su
du -h /data/data
and look for which ones take the most space.
You can use an app that cleans app caches so you don't have to manually clear them one by one by hand. App cache can take up space too.

It may create a wormhole that could potentially transport you and your phone to an alternate universe -be very careful with this power!
Kidding. Your external storage is there for your convenience and added storage capacity for things such as, including apps, music, videos and pictures. Some apps are written to be stored within the phone's internal storage, but most can be moved of so desired.
Sent from my MB865 using xda premium
Also, depending on the size of sdcard you have, you could partition the card's storage for applications only, leaving the rest for music, pictures, and/or videos. Just another option...
Sent from my MB865 using xda premium
No it's not bad at all. The only thing is the apps moved to the sd will take a little bit longer to load up when your phone turns on.
I haven't moved any of my 135 apps to the sd and I still have .94 GB left on my phone storage
Sent from Flip's SGS2
nope
i use it all the time to save space on the phone, with the thought of it should boot up faster, and only downside i have found is sometimes an app doesnt link correctly with the phone when i reboot or unmount the sd card or link my phone via USB and un link then it sometimes misses an app or too, then i need to unmount and re mount or just reboot.
Not sure if that is just my New SD card messing up or the rom, i dont remember having this issue before. But the sd card i have is a class 10 32 gb.
either way thats the only issues i have had.
best of luck!
what about moving them to the "internal SD" so it uses that partition of the internal storage rather than the phone storage?
Do you know what they say about big SD cards?

Sometimes we forget uninstalled applications and traces left by them (this means the space left by them on the internal space, wich on Ace is really low) with this application this issue is forgotten.

OK so you know how were supposed to have like 14 gigs ? I wanted to use a storage analyzer to give me some data and see why I have so much little space left and from what I'm seeing I'm still lost lol. I noticed I have 4 files though 2 are modern combat 3 one is an obb file and the other doesn't let me see it but they are both different sizes but take up huge amounts of space and the other two are modern combat 4 same situation with that file there are two different ones it seems and both take up huge amounts of space is it because I backed them up in titanium ? I'm not sure but I used two different analyzers to try and get a view

Looks like something got messed between your update from 4.1 to 4.2.
Most correct option: wipe sdcard and wipe data.
Easiest: not sure as I wouldn't want to be dealing with that stuff.

I'm going to copy and paste this here. I asked in Perseus kernel thread but there's not a whole lot of traffic there and thought some elsewhere might have the answer.
Does anyone know if there's anyway to get apps to move to sd on a stock rooted MA7 rom? I thought it might be a jelly bean issue but it can't be because I can do it on my stock non rooted epic touch which is running the latest jelly bean update. There has to be a way. Thanks.

It's a Google mod, not Samsung. There is much discussion on it, but it all started with Jellybean.
http://android.stackexchange.com/questions/35541/why-did-sdcard-turn-into-sdcard-0-with-4-2
the only way I know to move apps to the SD Card is with Directory Bind. It's as elegant or user friendly as Apps2SD, but it does the job once you learn it.
I found a super easy script to use. Install Script Manager from the Play Store and run the script from the website linked below. I don't take any responsibility for you borking your phone so I gave a link to the video. Follow his instructions and you'll be fine.
http://androidroot.org/watch_video.php?v=972RRYY87M9U
It swaps the internal for the external (I have a 32GB card). Super easy and works like charm so far (couple of days now).

You can use an app like rom tool box where it will move the app only to your sd card.
You can then use FolderMount to move app data to a folder on your sd card.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jrummy.liberty.toolboxpro
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.devasque.fmount
FolderMount will require root.
Hey guys. I know space can be an issue if you're like me and like having a lot of games. So this app called gl to sd which is free in the play store freed up so much space for me. It moves data to your external storage. Just thought I'd throw that out there for anyone interested. Not sure if I put this in the right section though. Anyway check this out.

No just the app itself. Only thing I'm wondering is if it will still get market updates. Not sure how it would recognize it.
