i am sure there will be either some rom update for a spanish carrier, or some cooked rom
They´ve still not released the Diamond in Spain yet so you´ll have to wait for someone to dump thier ROM once it´s out

I have a spanish official rom for the excalibur HTC S621, but I see your signature and you have a different phone. Flashing your phone with a rom that is not design for it will probably end up in a bricked phone. You should go to the proper forum
