Iirc, it if what enables the native screenshot function.
Swyped From My Mikrunny'd Superphone Using Magic (TapaTalk 2 Beta 5)

It's the app that enables advanced settings with the HTC stylus (like the one for the Flyer). I think as of Sense 3.5, all HTC devices support it.

ohhh ok too bad i cant use the pen. thatd be legit

Working great on the captivate
the keyboard is working great on the Samsung Captivate. No issues thus far.
The one ported to Nexus one does not install for me.
Can you please tell me where you got it from?

Yes I have this checkbox marked.. also I have Root access on my SGS.
Strange... whould realy like to try the droid x keyboard..
Thanks for the reply Culturelol!
The stock samsung keyboard is also multitouch, you can also do the shift+letter for capital trick
I like the stock Samsung keyboard the keys are smaller so i find i make less mistakes.
Just got that installed on my SGS and it works great. Typing is a lot faster than the Samsung multi touch keyboard. However the prediction and suggestion when tping is not as good as the other input method, is there any way to improve this? Thanks.

It does, but the dictionary has some weird entries so some words don't correct properly. For the most part it is fine though!
Hey...where did you download yours from...cause I installed it on my samsung vibrant and the keyboard works fine but the size of he letters on the keyboard are super small...did you have that happening to you?
I'm very much reliant on Swype now. It even remembers words that aren't English (I use Tagalog a lot). How much does this stack up to Swype? Or am I comparing Apples and Oranges here... or Bananas and Oranges? LOL

As of right now, there's no port or even close imitation of the actual Honeycomb lockscreen.
There are some mock ups for some imitation HC lockscreens for CM7 Tablet Tweaks... but the mimics are the closest you can get as of right now.
Trust me, I've searched and searched. I think I'm just gonna have to end up trying to rewrite a lockscreen from scratch lol.

I broke down and flashed the newest CM7 and loaded one of the mock lockscreens and HC clock. With HC theme and HC HD wallpapers, root tools (changed fonts and boot animation) then flashed HC splash screen...with HC boot animation.
So far I like it.

[Keyboard] Official ICS Keyboard

Looks like the ICS keyboard is ready for downloading and installing.
Just install like a normal apk. Then go to settings < language and keyboard < and check ice cream sandwich keyboard. Then long press any text field and press input method and press on ice cream sandwich keyboard.

::: looks up and checks the name of the forum :::: How does the ACE relate to the E4GT?
I installed it and it seems to be working fine. Although I'm not a fan of it (I wasnt a fan of the GB KB either though which everyone loves)

Lol, he/she was probably overly excited about the ICS keyboard that he/she didn't care what forum he/she was getting into.
So far I'm liking it, I never used the gingerbread keyboard though. I just stuck to the froyo keyboard.
I actually really like it on my Nexus. Its the first stock keyboard I didn't immediately ditch. I think the spell correct and word prediction works really well. Still using it on that phone. Gonna check it out. Thanks

smooth, just like the GB without the force closes. thanks for this. I would like to see it themed darker like the GB kb but Im happy with it.
Loving this thus far.
Probably the best android keyboard I've used.
actually getting the same FC as the Gb keyboard. if you type to fast it seems it causes it to force close.
I wonder if this is just a themed GB kb.....

I used to get the fc with the gingerbread keyboard and I wasn't themed.
Probably some Samsung app causing the issue.
Just had my first fcs with the ics keyboard as I'm typing this.
Edit: try removing the Samsung keyboard.
"AxT9IME.apk" not having the issue after i removed it

I didnt have haptic at first either. It's because it's set to 0ms by default in the advanced settings. go in there and change it to something higher and it will work(I have mine at 35ms which is the default for thumb keyboard)
Has anyone noticed it wont capitalize i to "I" automatically? it will if it's at the start of the sentence obviously but in the middle it's leaving it lower case for me.

My only complaint against MIUI is the browser not changing from being zoomed in by default when going to a new page, and when I used ADW EX on it, the icon set I was using wasn't showing up..... I wanted my Jumba icons.
I've been playing around with this for a few hours and i think i'm in love. It's so customizable. I haven't figured out how to get the 3.0 lockscreen, but i've been having so much fun messing with all the other stuff that i don't even care at the moment. Thanks for the referral to MIUI

The lock screen widgets are the same as 5.5. Just swipe from the top of the screen and it will bring you to another screen where you can add them.
Edit: maybe not...I swear it let me on version 3.0 but on 3.1 I'm not able to swipe over.
Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Tapatalk
You have to swipe at the top right edge right under the time clock in the notification bar.
Sent from my HTC6500LVW using Tapatalk
You gotta pull it down first to expand the widget then swipe over. Plus you gotta enable lock screen widgets in security settings.

I've done this. No cigar.
Edit: also I've lost the ability to swipe left and right for blink feed and whatever the other thing was on the lock screen. Maybe something to do with that? And to hold to get to Google Now. Seems all the gestures are gone.

Gestures from lock screen
I was running the Sense 6.0 from Santod yesterday and lost support for gestures only when using a 3rd party launcher. I think that's sense related and not ROM related, so hopefully that helps guys.
Running Sense 6 great
I'm running NuSense6 4.6 from santod with no issues. Sense 6 works well and battery life is phenomenal (3-4%/hr with light usage). Extreme Power Saver turns it into a touch screen flip phone, but was in standby overnight for 8 hrs and used 3% of battery. Very pleased!
