Someone is selling one here on xda for 30 shipped. Good price http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1578472
I just ordered one from ebay from a seller called shimshop. 30 bucks shipped to canada. Looks like a 3 week wait. So 30 bucks appears to be the average.

I got mine from Handtec because Expansys didn't have stock yet. Was worth it to me at the time and was about the same price. If you think $30 is too much, that's what they cost for genuine OEM batteries. Beware the cheap versions on eBay....they're mostly fakes and one seller is charging about the same price.
What's the best way to detect a fake? No NFC support?
You can get anything on Amazon. Why not take a look there?
battery
Try ebay but be careful with the seller. I got a genuine OEM extended battery from ebay sell mulkin.
expansys is the cheapest i found, negri electronics is selling them for $50 bucks

So I'm going to a concert next month and want to use my phone to record bands and take photos so I'm thinking about getting the hong kong batteries off ebay (2x 1500mah battery + charging station for $8.99 and free shipping) does anyone have anything good or bad to say about these hong kong batteries from personal experience?

The reviews that some of the customers give on amazon are quite disturbing. The only non oem brand I would trust is seidio. The others don't seem like they're built to last from what I read.

I didn't see many bad reviews on amazon but all the negative feedback on ebay were for different phone types besides incredible... I think I will order these since I will only use it as back up and not main battery

Then it looks like you didn't really need anyone to answer your question.
Seriously, batteries on eBay tend to be a lot more trouble than they are worth. Verizon has amazing prices on batteries with no risk; and Seidio are trustworthy if bought from Seidio.
Otherwise, good luck with your fake eBay battery.
I bought a 3500mah Hong Kong battery for 10 bucks on eBay, and it works great. I would say if you are going to buy cheap, get the biggest one available.

I have 2 of the standard Hong Kong batteries and two of the 3500mAh Hong Kong batteries from ebay and they all work great!! I get about 3 days out of my 3500mAh with stock ROM and kernel.
For 2 of the 3500mAh batteries with back cover and charger I paid $20.99 with free shipping and they got here in about 7 days.
Anyone know where in Australia u can get the genuine extended battery for sgs2?

A few of the JB Hifi places have them.
Telstra stores have them.
Quite a few local online stores have them also.
Great thanx for the answer

Your best bet would probably be Tel$tra shops, they sell em for ~$40. These guys also sell them for $40, but you'll pay around $9 for delivery, I ordered one b/w Xmas & NY & got free delivery.
$40 is pretty much the RRP for it so you probably won't find them much cheaper. Personally, I bought a $13 Anker 1900mAh battery and it seems to do the job.
I also got the Anker twin set of batteries for around $20, which included a charger too. Battery works great, and I got 3 batteries now!

Most Telstra stores have them for $39.95 I remember
Can I have links of places to buy a cheap MHL adapter on line or in store?? The cheaper the better, cheap in price not quality. A real well known brand preferably.

I would personally sway away from dealextreme now, they take an awfully long time to ship. ordered a tpu case and didn't show up until about 2 months
its cause they are in china. if you dont need it right away, then dealextreme is pretty good. i mean there are better places, but they are pretty cheap.
Just send the $11 and get an OEM from someone in the States.

I've got the Kanex MHL adapter. It's about $25-30, but it looks like Walmart is selling it for $21. It's really nice since pretty much all Kanex sells is display adapters/cables.
Looking for a shop that sells internationally and has good prices and isn't scamazon. There are tons of ebay sellers with lookalike covers. They all say genuine, oem etc. I can't tell which ones are real and which are fakes. The only one I'm fairly sure is legit is from Korea and costs a fair bundle of money. Any ideas guys? Thanks.
I bought mine from aliexpress

How do you know it's not fake?
I am sure it is but it fits and works perfectly and cost 10 dollars

ok well my question was where to buy the original case. i know some of the fakes are probably as good or better but it sucks taking a chance since it takes so long to get here
It's a case not the tablet itself as long as it protects the tablet what difference does it make? But hey it's your money just giving you another option and if you want an original cover just get from your Internet provider, that way you can the maximum possible price for something that a fake does the same for 10 bucks

I got a legit one from Conrad, for €40 (which is €20 cheaper than Samsung direct).
I bought a Moko cover, it only cost $15 but has a cover. It also covers the corners so if it's dropped it's pretty well protected. In the U.S. Amazon sells it.
I have an el-cheapo Chinese cover coming probably today or tomorrow. Will post comments/pics.
Have not found an affordable source for the official book cover. I'll try to pick it up when I'm travelling for work to a place where there is a Samsung store (none in my country).
Anybody tried the Samsung bluetooth keyboard? Any good?
I have just bought a new Galaxy Tab S2 8.0 Value Edition (that's what it's called here in Switzerland, it's the upgraded version with the octa core processor) and I am looking for a case that has a strap on the back that makes the tablet easier to hold with one hand, preferably a rotatable one but a static one would do as well, does anybody already have something like that for the 8 inch S2 version that he could suggest to me or has anybody heard of a good case with such a feature? Otterbox, Griffin etc. dont seem to sell any cases with a strap on the back for the Tab S2.
Ebay or Amazon my friend....used probably....

I know this is the Tab S forum, but not getting much response in the Tab A forum.
Looking for a battery for a Tab A 9.7, I don't t trust the 'GENUINE' Samsung batteries on Ebay.
Has anyone bought an Ebay battery or know of anywhere to get a decent one at a cheap price in the UK?
I just bought a $14 Ebay battery. The first one was DOA and the replacement was junk. They were counterfeits. I ended up buying one on Samsungparts, part # GH43-04211A (TAB S 8.4) and it's now like brand new. The only downside was the cost, $74.40 USD shipped. Considering the fire hazard potential its probably best to get an original battery.

I'm in the UK.
I've bought one e from ebay, apparently they are device pulls and not new.
Seller has 100% feedback, so we'll see.
I scored one for my SM-T700 a while back. So far so good.
