Syncmypix, which is free from the market is one way.
Another is to install a custom ROM which has it built in.
A paid app from market called Haxsync which does a good job as well.
It was never in to begin with. At least on the Galaxy Nexus.

IT looks like a talkback app like siri.
Talkback is for blind and vision impaired people. u can find the talkback app in the market.

LG Optimus S came with talkback over a year ago. As previous post mentioned, it probably isn't what you think it is.

From 2 Weeks I have little issue with my phone. When I'm check to import photo from Facebook there's no photo. I've tired to sync, log out and log in, but no changes. I've tired to change ROM, back to stock, everything...
