The site you mentioned has warez, please edit your post accordingly. XDA has a zero tolerance towards this.
You can get the game by not being a cheap ass and buying it from the play store.

It is a paid app there for it is considered warez. Xda rules state that warez are not alloe ed to posted or links to such files.

Who would be the specific admin/moderator ...as in singular one person not plural, that is responsible for temp and perm bans in this specific forum.
