Could be any number of things from what apps are running in the background to the settings you have selected. Runs fine on my device.

Market updates are available effectively at the same time for everyone, whether you have a Nexus or not. The Nexus does not get special treatment for app updates in the Play Store.
Its just an app update, chill out. Are you seriously complaining because it popped up in Play Store 1 hour later?

Im not complaining really, i just wanted to know , thanks

just dont use them any longer. they cause more problems than they are worth.

I feel the same way. The stock ICS seems to be a lot faster than the MCR's at the moment - not sure why.
The only reason to root is to get things such as Ad Free, Full Backups, Underclock CPU when screen off, Apply Paul's UI tweaks.
Obviously things will grow in the future. If you do it now, then you dont risk the chance of losing the ability to in the future (doubtful that will ever happen with a Nexus)

I will only root if a kernel with ridiculous battery life surfaces. Otherwise this may be the first Android phone I really see no reason rooting. Strange thought.

AdFree is pretty silly IMO. Blocking connections using the host file? Really? I guess the creators don't know what a firewall is or how to use iptables.

Try turning down some of the graphics, it could be the rom and kernel too.

Dirty flash, is taking a rom made by the same person who just updated there rom and flashing over there previous rom without wiping.
I.e. still wiping cache and dalvik. Or vise versa and flashing another rom over the currently used one.

I've seen a lot of the overclocking/underclocking area, I ran Mc3 and it ran fine. Although Jesus my phone top got extremely hot! Not 100% sure the nexus is gaming optimized lol.. I did hear Franco's makes it where it don't over heat, but I need to balance the kernels with my terrible screen. I'm usually stuck on GLaDOS or Trinity.
Its possible though when overclocked on that setting it may not be optimized for the kernel yet. Also, for gaming its suggested to use performance. All I know is.. N64 - Legend of Zelda doesn't lag like the DInc

What do you think of JB 4.1.2 so far?

How do you find 4.1.2 so far? What are the problems you have experienced? Do you feel real change with that update? I find it ok but the launcher crashes a lot -I never had that with 4.1.1, I like the expandable notification, and generally I don't think it was worth how many times I tried the Google Services trick to finally get it. Just was wondering what everyone thought of it.
4.1.1 was bug free . 4.1.2. was a minor update , a few additions to settings in certain areas but not bug free . When i am swipping from downloaded apps , running and all apps , force stopping apps , my screen freezes for a few secs and i get a would u like to send a big report pop up . I have heard other people getting the same bug , so i think its a jelly bean issue , hopefully its fixed in the 4.2 update . If i don't force stop apps the bug doesn't appear
Dude...Android 4.2 is coming in a few days. This thread is pointless, and 4.1.2 was a bug fix release mostly aimed at the Nexus 7.

I understand 4.2 is coming out soon, and personally I can't wait to get the Hand Gestures keyboard, since Swype has become very slow and lag a lot. So I just thought to see how everyone find the 4.1.2 update after using it for quiet some time and knowing the 4.2 is just a few days away. And I find many bugs with the 4.1.2
