[APP] VGMPlay 0.40.4

(since I can't post on the development board at this time)
ValleyBell / Maxim's VGM Player is compilable for the Surface RT (as long references to _inp() and _outp() and PortTalk have been omitted from compilaton). This is basically a music file player which can play .VGM, .VGZ (gzipped .vgm), CMF and DRO files, mainly focused in supporting playback of emulated chips such as YM2413, YM2612, YM2151, YM3812, SN76489, AY-3-8910 and various others.

In Material Design, all components align to an 8dp square baseline grid, except type and toolbar iconography, which align to a 4dp square baseline grid. Keyline Pushing draws an 8dp square baseline grid - and keylines based on the device's form factor - simplifying the design testing phase of your app or helping you analyze any other app.
The grid and keyline colors are customizable, and once turned on, the grid control can be accessed from a notification.

I am a fan of Fantasy Art in general, and by Stephen Najarian in particular.
I created this app as a way to personalize phone with artsy flair. It plays animation, but not of an LWP variety. Here is screen action video:
