so I got my hand on this cool little case. I really like it.. its a silicon based case (wish it was tpu) colors are awesome, great grip and looks hella legit.. Also i wish they made it in black

Yes, im waiting for the case to ship..should be here soon ...I love the ballistic ones cause they look awesome and protect like a champ ...be sure ill be testing it as well..and as always ill be giving them away

Just got it in today. Its the best case IMO. Feel free to share your comments on whether you like it or not!

its cool I just like to have the buttons protected, is what u get on a gel case. awesome design though.

Sadly I think only the icrap and the original s2 have these cool ass cases,

Havent yet.. Seidio will be sending me one as soon as its released and hopefully ill get a mugen soon..but to be honest Im not a big fan of big batteries.
I found that using Franco's and Team Kangs rom, Im landing about 17 hrs of battery with normal to heavy use...with light use i can go 24 hrs.
The battery that I ordered tho is the Korean 2100 one that will give me a little extra juice
I'm look around for a good wood case. Not a skin.

Wood is typically considered desirable because anything that needs to be fashioned for a particular design usually requires it to be hand-crafted, as opposed to off an assembly line.
To answer your question, no, I've not seen any SGII wooden cases. I know a few existed for the iphone and ipad.
I would say business opportunity, but not sure how well they would work, either they would have to be pretty thick, or reinforced with some metal or something. Guess you could make some steampunk/fantasy type thing...
I would like to see a faraday case to go with my tinfoil hat after all the 'preppers' I have lately. Those people are clown shoes.

yes..there are a few wooden cases
There are a few manufacturers making cellphone case's from wood (not the plastic ones with wooden skins on them). Most of them are for apple products. I have found a few for samsung epic 4g touch also. A few are real wood some are wood look alikes.
I haven't tried / tested them, so i am not vouching for anyone. If anyone has used wooden cases please quote your experience.

Is that from carbon fiber film? That stuff is pretty cool. I did that to mine before. Looks cool when it's finished and on the back of the phone. Nice.

My brother-in-law has this on the back and sides of this GS2X, I admit it is awesome I love the feel of it and the grip it provides, plus it looks cool and is quite unique. I'm going to try this if I find out where to get some
I done that to mine but with plain vinyl and over the whole phone with one piece.
Can you take a picture of the side of the back cover? I want to see how good the cut is
