Is android 4.0 not supported for GameBoid? I have the Bios file and everything, when I start a rom, the screen goes black and then it FC's. Any help?

Should read " Is GameBoid not supported for android 4.0."
It's up to the dev. Of the app to update it to work for ics.
But make sure not to restore any app data. Its been known to cause issues.

which ROM are you trying to play?
Some have copy protection and just won't function with gameboid. . .
You could try the tiger emulators. You won't find them in the market though. Google "where are tigers.apk". With that you can install all the tigers. Nes, snes, Genesis, gamboy, ps1 and an arcade one I haven't got to work yet.

Use EL26 and up. I havent had much problems with emulators on roms based on newer updates.
N64oid never had crashes because of the way it implemented soundpool. Gameboid and gbcoid had issues, as with many others.
On EL13, Samsung finally fixed soundpool and LoS.
I'd try a PAL version of zelda or vice versa. And make sure the rom is unzipped.

No problem! I haven't looked into emulators since the mt4g days and I noticed a lot of emulators and apps to find ROMs went missing from the market. Searched and came across that goldmine. very informative and they all run smoothly, the fpse works pretty well too. only played ff9 and castlevania sotn on it so far.. buttons are kind of hard so gonna look into the sixaxis controller soon.
btw i recommend the capcom and neogeo emulator. AWESOME!

you can always check the original thread.
what i do is simply download the ROM launch the emulator, search for the ROM and play.
you have to choose the actual full sized games, some are considered as "CLONES" and don't work properly. the games are usually bigger than 5mb, if one is about 1MB then i suggest finding another.. and i think the ones with the letter "u" at the end are also clones, not exactly sure.
so...
1. download rom
2. launch emulator
3. search for downloaded rom
4. insert coin and start!
From what I've read our stock rom will not allow us to use the sixaxis or wii controllers. There is a problem with the stock Samsung bluetooth stack. We can flash a CM or ASOP rom which will change the stack. However, that also removes MHL functionality as far as I know.
I'm currently using FPSE and playing some old Final Fantasy VII. Also have snesoid going.

No, not posibble, only on ics. Maybe try an ics custom rom, but its not competable with gingerbread or lower.

It's not officially available for devices with ARMv6 processors, only ARMv7. However, there is an APK you can download somewhere around here but it has a few bugs in it...

yup the one on the themes and apps sections does installs and even runs well
but has a lot of bugs like the graphics glitches wile collectiong coins and even the man dies suddenling wile running,so have to wait for dev to fix it till now you can enjoy it as it is

well,i've found trick to finish that problem
actually the trick is You Must Finish The Tutorial Session..
after the tutorial session,the game will run (a little) smoothly,even when coin appears..
i'll research that,and i'll post the link as soon as possible..

yeah,that's the biggest problem yet haven't any fix 'till now..
but i heard that the temple run's devs and maker are developing the version that support armv6 (our device)

You can run temple run..but the apk for armv6 has an auto die bug..
In order to run it,install chainfire3d from market..install it and then the phone will reboot
And then install plug.ins...choose your plug.in,then reduce texture...enjoy

Can't get it to load any ROMs. Even google search turned up nothing. Tried a few other GBA Emulators with no luck.
The only game that will kinda work is Super Mario 3. It loads up the start of the game, and when you click to play it just crashes. Anyone got an emulator that actually works?

i had problems with it too. but i started using GBA.EMU instead.
Make sure you are not using GameBoid 3.0.0. I have found probems with that version similar to yours. Try another version of GameBoid, or like Caboose said, try a different emulator if all else fails.
for the life of me i cant ever get black ops zombies to working on my xperia play no matter what version im on. from GingerBread to jellyBeen i cant crack black ops to work i get verification error followed by a app close.
the method i used
xperia play currently on (GB) 2.3.7
blackops zombies v1.0.5.apk
Installed the apk
copied the data folder (com.atv.blackops) to android\obb
cracked the game using luckypatcher (remove verification)
and it never works for me it said that verification failed and quits and the data deletes itself.
i would really like to play this game.

XDA dosent allow warez if im correct...
and Blops 1.0.5 From GPlay dosent work either as 1.0.5 activision dropped support for us...
Xdarkmario. You should immediately remove that link. You will get am infraction or at worst case banned. XDA has a zero tolerance for warez.
On another note I have v 1.0.5 installed and it shows in the launcher and plays just fine, of you like the way activision did the touchpads that is..... which I don't care for.

Hi guys I got COD-BOZ working on my mt 6577 device by using GLtools.I just downscale the texture to 0.5x and its working fine now

I bought the game from Google Play.
Works fine. BUT! Everytime I want to play online.
I need to clean up all ram used. Restart the game and connect online again, create game and mist of the time I get a insta connection with a player.
If that game is finished I need to redo those steps.
If I dont, I can't get a connection. The game will sometimes create a lobby, but no player shall connect to the lobby, no matter the time you wait.
And other times it's searching for the host.
Followed by joining the room message and eventualy error joining room.
Anyone know how to fix this?
(I'm using Samsung Galaxy S6, so sorry if this is posted in the wrong place)
