aiuto errore 262

ciao a tutti, innanzitutto complimenti per il vosto lavoro... però ora mi serve un aiuto.. non riesco a installare nessuna rom, avevo gia fleshiato una volta, ora monto la rom originale 2.03 con olinex 1.40 ma non riesco ad installare cmq nussun'altra rom.. connetto il pda, (DIAMOND) avvio Unsigned-Hard-SPL-Diamond-OliNex, arrivo alla schermata update e poi mi diventa lo schermo del tel tutto nero, activesinc si sconnette, la barra del pc rimane sempre a 0 e dopo un po di minuti mi da errore262... aiutatemi... anticipatamente grazie a tutti...

hello and thanks for the help imatrix, I have done everything as the guide with matty but then I have the same problem ... 262 error .. instead if reinstalling the rom olinex 1:40 I upgrade succeeded. but equally I can not change a rom

which cooked have u tried to install?
how did you install it? via ActiveSync or Internal Method?

I tried to install any rom and I tried to install only with active sync, the other does not know

I m here to present my first android ROM!
it's Android 1.6 and this has some advantages and disadvantages compared to froyo 2.2
Pro :
-Amazingly fast! Much faster than Froyo! Thanks also to Helix Launcher!
-Less memory consuming so greater battery life (if you disable GPS, Wi-fi, etc.)
-Nice looking!! (in my opinion at least!)
-Optimized for our devices (you can feel it from the first time you start it)
Cons :
-Some apps from the market are not compatible (ex. Launcher Pro, Adw Launcher etc.)
-3D is working but not as well as froyo (I m gonna working on that)
-Boot animation is horrible!! (Sorry but I haven't enough time for that! )
Known Bugs :
-sometimes if you scroll down the notification area Helix launcher restarts itself even if it's quite istantaneous

Note :
-copy the content of the folder in the root of your storage card and place there the startup for your device that you can find in STARTUPCONF folder

-In order to make a clean upgrade you should delete data.img and replace system.ext2

I just installed your WM6.1 ROM and its damn fast, even if I miss the 6.5 layout that was quite nice, but finally my Hd is running fast!
I never tried Donut, previously I was dealilng with Eclair and Froyo, but I always had problems due to frequent crashes, I hope that this one will be a stable one!

-Very fast.
- Nice
- Not crashes.
- Don't need formad the SD
- The battery indicator is working well.
- Negative:
- USB don't work (The droid explorer is not very good but ...)
- Can't to syncronice with outlook (i never try 1.6 before and maybe is normal in donut's roms) (Very important for me)
- BT don't start
- I have problems with GPS , google maps and igo don't find it.

Anyway as regards USB it's kernel related...I don't know as regards outlook...
BT never tried!! I guess I will fix this in the next release...
as regards GPS it's a known bug of donut!

con micro sd Apacer classe 4 da 16 gb mi da pieno di errori, con sandisk due gb classe 2 tutto ok è normale? XD
Cmq è bellisima, però non importa i contatti dalla sim si ferma sulla schermata di carica dei contatti <--- ci son riuscito scaricando un applicazione sul market
Quando scrivi i messaggi non trova in automatico nella rubrica il nome di a chi vuoi inviare il messaggio
Qualche volta il market crasha e si chiude da solo
Al primo avvio:
non invia sms
riceve i sms ok
chiamate in arrivo, il telefono da cui chiamo si sente il suono degli squilli mentre sull hd non succede nulla, ne schermata di chiamata in arrivo ne suoneria.

cmq i problemi da te segnalati non mi si verificano...nessuno eccetto il market ke effettivamente qualche volta si blocca...
mi invia messaggi...ha copiato velocissimamente i contatti della mia sim...e la suoneria della chiamata mi suona quasi istantaneamente...
perciò non saprei cosa dire...magari riguarda solo il primo avvio...

Ok, forse magari succede perchè avevo messo l'ultimo kernel che avevo trovato qua nel forum, comunque non sai come sono contento che sia stato un italiano il primo a pubblicare una "rom" per il blackstone XD
Comunque con una micro sd da 16 classe 4 al boot mi da questo errore tantissime volte end-request I/O error dev mmcblkk sector 4 o 7 o altri come mai?

Grazie ad una magnifica idea di Santiago81 il nome della ROM è “Orion” beh credo che avete capito il perché, un piccolo tributo al nostro Galaxy
(thanks to a great idea brought up by Santiago81 the Rom’s name is “Orion” easy to understand why, a big tribute to our Galaxy)
Questa ROM è stata creata direttamente dal firmware ufficiale, non è copiata, è stata ricavata direttamwente dal firmware JS8, non è Wipe quindi non perderete nessuna app installata nella memoria dati, eseguite un Backup prima di procedere per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti.
(this Rom its being created directly from a ufficial firmware, its not being copied, and its being pulled out from the JS8, its not a wipe so you will not lose your apps, but we suggest to make a Backup copy anyway)
Al primo avvio la ROM vichiederà di convertire il sistema il Ext4,voi premete su “yes” a questo punto attendete il lavoro della recovery,si riavvierà da solo.

Come installare questa ROM: (how to install this ROM)
1) disabilitate tutti i Lagfix (disable all LagFix)
2) effettuate tutti e 3 i wipe (se si desidera fare un’istallazione pulita)(make all the wipe)
3) andate su install zip from sdcard "Orion_Rom_Squared_Team.zip" (necessita ClockWorkMod recovery derivata da un kernel Speedmod)
(go to install zip from sdcard “Orion_Rom_Squared_Team.zip” need CWM recovery)
4) attendente che la recovery faccia il suo lavoro (wait untill the work termiates)
5) al primo avvio quando la recovery ve lo chiederà premete su “yes” (convertirà il sistema in Ext4) (on the first boot it will ast to convert your system in EXT4 just tap on “Yes”)
6) godetevi la ROM (enjoy your ROM)

Using your rom its pretty slick. one problem but no biggie but it lags a bit even with the lagfix enabled. But all and all a great rom. Beats Darky's for sure.

How to root Ngm Polaris! working only guide!

Hello dear friends .. today I present the only guide to root for Ngm Wemove Polaris! Running at 100% tested and developed by me ... It should be noted that some of the material has been taken from another guide other smartphone ! As usual, I do not take any responsibility for what you do, everything at your own risk ... But anyway the root and was created on the official rom using a fake backup then everything is original and intact and not lost raganzia; ) ....
requirements:
1:50% charge
2: Do not skip steps or you're ****ed
Download Files:
find the link attached at the bottom
installation:
inside the rar file there is a program and a folder ..
Please follow each step of this guide
1: install PdaNet on our PC and follow the instructions that provides the program .. Ps: when is the only software able to install the drivers of our Polaris .. what did you have the drivers to begin with.
2: extract the folder on the desktop PC and connect your phone to pc via usb with the usb debugging option.
3: we open the extracted folder on your desktop and run the file "Runme", a window will open and from there follow the instructions carefully ..
If you did everything as I explained above on the phone you will see the window that requires a backup, press ok ... do not disconnect usb, at the end of the backup will ask you to restart your phone, reboot .. do not disconnect usb ..
after restarting the program will complete the operation and will ask you to press ok to exit the program .. and here we find on the menu superuser...: D: D

Ciao Pollo94,guarda la guida al momento e l'unica testata e funzionante e soprattutto non modifica niente,infatti se avessi problemi ti basta soltanto ripristinare il backup e tutto torna per com'era
Riguardo alla lingua ahahahahah eh si mi sono fidato a google translator mi spiace per gli errori ma in Italiano di sicuro neanche mi facevano pubblicare!!!cmq cerco qualcuno per creare un gruppo per questo benedetto Polaris..

Scusate ma ho dei problemi, faccio tutto come da istruzioni, quando apro il programma "runme" scelgo l'opzione 3, però il dispositivo non mi chiede l'aggiornamento pur essendo collegato via usb ecc...quale potrebbe essere il problema? Ho eseguito "runme" con i diritti di amministratore, dopo aver premuto 3 saltano fuori un mondo di scritte con "impossibile trovare il percorso specificato"

Italian: A dire il vero durante la tua assenza mi sono permesso di tradurre la tua guida e renderla più dettagliata su un altro sito android italiano, inoltre ho modificato il file bat interno in modo tale da farlo funzionar direttamente per polaris senza dover digitare nulla XD
English: Actually during your absence I took the liberty to translate your guide and make it more detailed on another android italian site, moreover I modified the bat file to make it work directly for polaris and without the need of typing nothing XD

[Q] Dropzone problem solve?

Hi, I have a Ascend P6 with B512 and I have the "dropzone problem" and the "automatic boot applications problem" by a message in this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/ascend-p6/general/hide-navigation-bar-tutorial-t2846797 I solved the "automatic boot applications problem" (I used Activity Launcher), can I solve with the same method or similar the "dropzone problem"? I don't have ROOT access!

don't have official firmware but search in PhoneManager or in Settings for the autoboot app

I can't find the dropzone management inside phone manager.

Ciao Carlo .. non puoi risolvere senza root.. il root è facile lo ottieni in poco tempo con Root Genius su pc ( davvero 2 minuti ) . Per avere il root devi attivare nelle impostazioni sviluppatore Debug Usb , poi aspetti che ti riconosce il telefono e clicchi su quick root .. e il gioco è fatto ... poi una volta rootato il telefono , devi scaricare Root Browser ( e dargli autorizzare i permessi di root ) e andare in Build.prop .. scorrere tutto il documento e verso la fine c'è la scritta : ro.config.delstartupmanager= true ... Tu devi togliere il "Del " . quindi lasciare ro.config.startupmanager( ecce ecc ) . Riavvia il telefono .. ora a questo punto vai in gestione telefono e ti comprare in alto a destra un immagine di 2 cacciaviti . e attivi la gestione dropzone e autorizzi le applicazioni che vuoi ( tipo facebook messenger ) ... Fine =D :good:

You need a rooted phone to modify two lines in the build.prop see in the page linked in my previous post
