Look for font installer in the market. The dev is jrummy. It has the roboto font in it plus a bunch more.

Should be built into Samsung settings under display, if not download font changer from the market if you are rooted.

Download spare parts from market. If you use adw ex launcher you can change font size as well.

Let's say I'm stock unrooted and I want a different font that I don't have to purchase for $3 in market how would one go about doing that? I was looking at stylus bt I have the ttf. Any incite?

Which theme did you flash. Its vrtheme and made them so it was just images not .apks
