I found this a while back, (and disregard it if you already know about it), but on
international SGS2's there's an app that comes w/the phones that's called "Samsung Apps", and it's for Samsung's own market for apps, I guess for phones in countries that don't get full access to the Android Market.
Anyway, if you install that, you get access to all those apps, and there are free versions of apps that are either usually paid apps on the Android Market, or free versions of games that don't even exist on the Android Market. Right now there are a LOT more games available than there used to be, as well:
For example, games I got for free just last night:
Assassin's Creed HD
Monopoly "Here and Now"
Modern Combat 2
Heavy Gunner
Spiderman HD
Avatar
Gangstar: Miami Vice
Dungeon Hunter 2 HD

Now, some of these are demos, with the option to get the full version afterwards, but at least you can try those out using this method. (Oh, yeah: There are more than just games on the Samsung App Market, of course... I was just in the mood for games.

As I've noticed more and more people are leaving the gio community for better devices.
Myself, getting a sensation today its kinda sad how i prepare, deleting the un-needed nandroids, deleting SD-ext as i don't need it anymore to get maximum sdcard for my sensation. Basically deleting all the fun with the gio.
However it's not a full goodbye for the community. The guy who was selling it to me said it was locked to another carrier so he wanted to unlock it for me. Now it can't no longer do anything SIM-related so I'm getting it for free. So my gio is needed to do that.
So, everyone leaving, please consider posting here, no more separate threads.

I'm not permanently leaving, just getting a new phone. Gio is still my primary because of SIM-problems on the sensation.

but my new phone is a iphone 4s i love it
If you think about it, why do we all have a Gio? Is it because we all enjoy using low-powered devices that get left in the dust by many developers? Or is it because we just can't afford the bigger, better phones? Look at it this way: when a person leaves the Gio community, they're going to a better place (usually). So, don't be sad; rather, be happy for them, and hope one day you'll be able to join them.

Thanks for the information, I bought some games some time ago and I can't play it on my One X and it was driving me quite crazy not having any intel from Gameloft about the support for this phone, so, thank you very much for asking them, I was about to do so and you avoided them having one more mail about it :highfive:

T3 should have been optimized for from the start, GL really let themselves down IMO.
At least they're trying to rectify things now, lets hope that they pull through for the end users from now on!
IMO, EA's game engine is better, smaller data, smoth graphic, good compatible ex: Mass effect, dead space..
but EA need to fix for JB crashes

on lumia 520 at october you can and Will play asphalt 8. Smoothly.

Hi there my Dear Friends ... guys , I had heard some things about the great , eye-candy ROM named " Remix OS " so I thought it might be useful to take a look at it ... when I searched , I found that the OS is released ... here's a link for guys who are unfamiliar with this ... also about the release , there's a Nexus 10 and also a Nexus 9 Port ... so , Why not ? lets ask for a P600/P601/P605 release so that we can use it's great abilities ... also it would be a great idea to ask our devs about it ... maybe there's some chance that we get it ...

Also with that rom you will loose stock spen features. I know you get get apps for CM based roms but you still loose some features and it's just not the same.

Mate , it's just the opposit Cuz , the Tablet I said , is provided with a pen / keyboard so we shouldn't think about that ... it's just amazing ... also trust me that windows is near release ... ( I'm also working on an ARM based EFI ... so don't be that negative ... I'll release as it gets ready ... ) ... thanks anyway

First , @Zionator let me tell you that as I have heared , it's provided with some themes so , maybe we can cook one ... also , Dear Friend @Orion116 , I haven't heared such thing ... it's available to all , as you can buy it in amazon ... also it runs everything ( except the ones which are not installed on Lollipop ) ...
