Read the 'stickies' in the forums. Watch tutorials on youtube. Use a search engine and search for 'Samsung Galaxy S2 flash ICS firmware', and read about it on blogs. Any of the above strategies, or combination thereof, will yield positive results.
If you need to flash back sammobile.com has all of the relevant material (if you can't find it here but it's probably here, too). You just have to look for it.

What is Value Pack?

Value Packs refers to a type official Samsung update to be given to their products (in this case, Samsung Galaxy W). Instead of updating the current Android Gingerbread version (2.3.6) of Samsung Galaxy W to Ice Cream Sandwich version (4.0+), Samsung issued this so-called "value pack" update to deliver (some, if not all) Android 4.0 features into the current 2.3.6 version.
I see.. Thanks sir, your explanation was very clear.
hi
my wife is driving me crazy...she upgraded to jellybean 4.1 on her Samsung Galaxy 16GB and is now complaining about the lag time and that she misses the bigger keyboard. She wants to go back to the original ice cream sandwich that came with the phone.
How can I find out what version it is?
SGH-I747
SW-VER: UCLG1
I don't know if sammobile has the firmware...4.0? 4.04? Any help is appreciated--- and what steps to take to complete this....thanks in advance
and I'm in Chicago, USA and ATT is my carrier

Here is the link to all the stock roms:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1968625
You should find stock ICS on there. Download it and flash it via Odin.
OMG!!!! Finally! I tried earlier versions of flash and it never worked. I am using Firefox mobile and still running Android 4.0.4 ( Ice Cream Sandwich) and am listening at the Accuradio site right now!!
I give credit to this thread : http://forum.xda-developers.com/newreply.php?do=newreply&noquote=1&p=36472068
but since it is in the Nexus forum I figured I would post here for the T mo Galaxy S 3 users. This will not work with the stock browser so grab Firefox or some other browser that supports Flash.
Is there anyone here who is on Jellybean that can try this?
Hi Everyone,
I have Galaxy Tab [SHW-M180S]. Its a korean version. I want to install official ICS or Jelly Bean in it.
Please tell me the link for downloading that files.
Also,
Please tell me the process of rooting it and installing it.
THANKS
First I want to mention that this is the wrong section to be posting this question. This question should be asked in Galaxy Tab Q&A
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1081
Second the last official android os for the SGT7 was gingerbread 2.3
ICS & JB are custom roms

Hi,
There is no official ICS or JB, but there is a port.
I did a guide, please follow it step by step and you will have your TAB with ICS or JB.

Your device is at least running a custom kernel. No clue what else, but likely something else isn't stock either since you aren't at least getting pestered by update notifications.
You have two options. You can flash the stock factory images. Or you can flash a custom recovery if you don't have one, and use it to flash to newer OS (with custom ROMs you need to flash the proper Gapps to get the play store).
You are running Ice Cream Sandwich. Get some Jelly bean on your device at least.
