[ROM] GuruBuilt Mini CM9, Feature Rich and < 100Mb Updated 8-9-2012

This is very similar to my Guru'd Nightly, minus the ringtone package and other wiz-bang goodies. I don't have the time to do a full write up at the moment, but I wanted to get this posted while its still fresh. This is Nightly 20120808 based.
This package has everything you need, to get everything you need! No need to flash a gapps package, in fact it would be silly to do so. Just like my Guru'd Nightly, everythings theme'd and optimized. You've got the Market app to get your apps, Solid Explorer for Root file access, and much more.
Happy Flashing Folks....... Remember, this is a full wipe installer.... It will wipe System, Data, and Cache during install... Make a backup beforehand...
Know that I test everything I post.... But, there is no warranty, implied or otherwise associated with my ROM's. If you break your device, its you own fault!

Awesome. How does Holo Launcher compare to Nova?

I've pretty much switch over to Hololauncher completely. Its a beautiful launcher, smooth, and in my builds its fully theme'd. And yes its a zoomer...

Anyone have any inverted ICS gapps? Rom looks great and I have also switched to holo HD

Dammit I was itching to pull the trigger on this then I saw it was not available.

Hmm.... Tough choice, I really like your ringtones and such. I'm not sure I want to give those up. Is the theming any different than your other rom?

Yes actually, it does. I'm using it right now, its really quite good. Just don't use the stock browser, use a replacement like dolphin browser or something. Other than that it mods your build prop so your device is now a su640 note the signature.
EDIT: Performance seriouslly degrades after a reboot. Can't touch the screen without it going all crazy on you. Cannot access recovery the power button + volume down way, you need to use adb reboot recovery. Sorry dev, this was a great effort,, but it only worked on the first boot.

This has a few minor glitches but nothing real serious. While I do love MIUI i switched back to the nightly's. I would totally use this as a dailly driver if you fixed some of the screen artifacts. Great job on this though!

fully rooted,use superuser;
add re explore,no input method;
close button shake(do not know hao to translate,you can open it in setting-accessibility,open buton light,(you can close it in setting-display)
ringtones from flyos
telephone,message, wifi,bluetooth works!!
knowning bugs
1.usb debugging does not work;so pictures were taken by other phone;
2.networks doesnot work;
3.can not go to setting-network;
4.you may see some colorful background when you unlock the screen for a short time,so do not worry;
5.gps not work;automatic backlight does not work;
6.bigbug:you can not unlock screen in horizontal mod;
7.task manager can be shown but does not really work;
8.other display bugs because of different resolution between defy and meizu devices;

i did nothing but translate it to english and let more people know abou it.some can even try it althought with so many bugs...so many bugs are needed to fix and hope someone in xda may help.

I want to make some tutorials no pictures and with the screenshot option with the powerbutton I make pictures of my screen!

PM me about the tutorial and there is no way of installing gapps for cm9 in cm7 because they completely different

For some reason XDA doesn't allow me to PM you it may be due to you being a new member or you may disabled other users to PM you. Ok but here is the solution for the PM you sent me.
First off use the preferred link it should open google docs just press ctrl+s or go to file click download in both the case it should download a zip file flash it and if that didn't fix try another recovery it would help.

In our device the screenrecorders won't work on any custom rom it will work only in stock i don't know the reason why it is like that anywayz congratulation for getting cm9 in your device and I am always happy to help.

On stock it didn't worked that's why I got to the whole cm thing

You wont be able to run ANY screenrecorder on the p350.
Simply because it's for armv7 processors because old armv6 dont have the power for such a processor-intensive task.It would lag like hell on the p350

I am sorry my bad yes then try skyheiser's rooted stock rom he made some changes mine worked his rom only.

But every screencast app needs root to work I guess.

NOTE!!! IMPORTANT!!! PLEASE READ!!! :
If you already a cm9 user, just wipe cache and dalvik cache before flash this rom (DONT WIPE DATA)
If you not a cm9 user, just follow the steps "How To Install" below.
WHEN YOU JUST DONE YOUR FIRST INSTALLATION , AND YOU GOT YOUR STATUS BAR BLANK, JUST REBOOT/RESTART YOUR PHONE. THIS SOMETIMES HAPPEN ON THE FIRST INSTALLATION OF V3.
If you want to play games, open terminal emulator, and write "su" [enter], and "hardy" [enter] , and then exit.

I doubt anyone will leave the phone without using it for a long time to make a screenshot with the max he can get. In my example I would have to leave my phone for over one week untouched to make you a screenshot with the max I can get by using my personal kernel. However I´m using a different release and as said my personal kernel, so can just tell you it´s at 70% after two days by making some calls and having wifi and mobile data disabled most of the time.
So best you can get is a screenshot with decent using for a period of time, so you can compare with other screenshots and doing some calculations about the draining ratio. Or you can use battery monitor widget and compare the results yourself.
If I were you, I would try the rom and see yourself because every rom and kernel is acting different for everyone.

Sorry for the status bar bug in v1. I dont know why, it works in my galaxy w with no bug. Letme fix it.
