At least as far as I understand, the graphics drivers for ICS for our phone (adreno 220) have been released by Qualcomm. This should be very good news for the development of ICS on our phone....

Why not I had the HTC sensation and they made a mod for wifi calling that worked on sense/senseless and asop roms

The wifi calling in our phones is vastly different from the app that we use to use for wifi calling. This requires a special sim.

wifi is still broken, but you can still create the ROM, and then implement the change once the wifi starts working... that is why devs are putting placeholders

thats a good question. I am coming from an epic 4g and cwm is all I know how to use and seems to be the best and easiest way to customize your phone. Is there anyone working on cwm recovery for Epic 4G touch? Thanks
They are working on WiFi right now.
I am working on porting CWM, and uploading this rom.
If my rom flashes and boots fine, then I'll release it here otherwise I will wait for the WiFi fix which should be coming shortly,

No other source has stated there would be simultaneous carrier release for Nexus Prime, nor has any OFFICIAL statement been made regarding current devices to be included.
I'll ask my pastor if he knows more about the Nexus Prime...

Yeah, considering the source, I wouldn't take it as Gospel truth. (see what I did there?)
But to be fair, the report did not say it was a simultaneous release in the sense that all would release at the same time, just that Verizon would have exclusivity for a little bit.

So true..On the other hand this phone doesn't have an extra piece of sliding hardware that the other 3 didn't have. If anything the T-Mobile version is the red headed stepchild this time around.

I will work on it a little later today.
You should do some of the newer ones. I've flashed the aosp themed one and the venom and they are quick and data seems to not lag as much when using 4g.

If you have the rotation issue, use a t989 kernel instead of a skyrocket kernel.
FYI
If you don't know what section this goes in I believe it has been mentioned somewhere, "Read Me 1st" to put them in the General Section and the Mod will move it. Read before posting.

I just wanted to make sure because I and several others flashed his first edition of this rom and hard bricked. That would mean he did not even flash that first rom on his own phone before releasing it to the poor unsuspecting victims. Now I have to go down to T-mobile and waste a lot of time and money because he released something without even flashing it. So don't give me crap about not reading his friggin profile and stfu.
So I was on goo looking to download the latest nightly of carbonrom and found they made an official release. I don't see any threads in the dev section yet so I thought I'd make one for people who want to try it out and for those with questions.

I'll probably try it when there's a thread. I like to stick with our devs ...even new ones, or new to t989 even. I don't roam from xda roms ....cough...jellybam....cough.
Also like to know I can participate in a thread the devs read and reply too....not a member made thread about an outside our site rom. Cough ....jellybam.....cough!

Tried this rom for about 3 hours, and I did a factory reset and wiped both caches in twrp, but I was having problems with the screen not turning on after being locked, only the button lights lit up, and I had to pull the battery to reset it. I also had problems with it randomly rebooting, and I had to pull that battery for that also, just holding the power button wouldn't turn it on like usual. I would like to know of anyone else is having problems like this, maybe I had a bass download or something, I might redownload it again later to try it again, I really liked it other than the reboot problems
