Can i use ODIN with Galaxy nexus? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

I bought an used Galaxy nexus but i dont know it have root or not
But i see superuser in my apps
So if my phone is have a root
Can i back to the official with odin like galaxy s2?
By download the official rom and but it in the PDA
And start?
Plz can anyone answer me

yes you can use ODIN.. there should be a ODIN image in the development forums.

I didnt used fastboot befor
But i worked befor with odin on my sgs2
So i can use odin correct

Dude. Just use Fastboot. Its safer and just as simple. But I mean really if you can't figure out the toolkit or ODIN.... I don't know what to say. All the methods are easy.

stock odin files can be found bottom of this OP

you need to:
Download
extract with password
then do the same thing as you flash the recovery
PDA --> choose the tar.md5 file and flash. these files are much bigger so it can take several minutes.

Stock rooted CWM ROM

Is there a flashable stock rooted Sprint CWM file I can flash I can't seem to find it :-\

Do you have goo manager? Can run the open script to flash twrp then flash mine. Fair warning..no root on the one i posted and haven't been able to get it back yet

If you have the images (and you do, since there is an Odin stock tarball floating around), you can easily re-pack them up to flash in CWM...

Use fastboot. Why are you using odin anyway? You have a nexus forget odin and heimdall use fastboot

Download 4.1.2 (JZO54K) for either takju or yakju
flash required 'img's in fastboot
flash a custom recovery
search for a cwm.zip that gives you root
rejoice.

Download the Galaxy Nexus Toolkit. You can use it to download the stock img and flash via fastboot.

Help me to reset counter

I have the last update on my device. I have root my device with note 2 toolkit and when I trying to reset counter with triangle away it's failed and staying count 1.
Can you help me.

Are you sure your device is rooted properly? Did you grant SuperSU permissions?
If you have cwm recovery then this will happen, in such case you need to flash stock recovery.
