Are there any CDMA Desire cooks?
I did see a CDMA ROM in the Dev section recently. Cannot remember who or what ROM though...
Do some searching in that area...
i have compiled a cyanogenmod 7.2.0 rom for cdma devices but cant post it yet pm me if u are interested

Ok, I have a verizon vercion so I take it its cdma. So I imagine I can only use cdma roms even do I actually use gsm, right?
Also I am thinking of flashing 6.5 shipped rom from htc thats in wiki. Can I?
one last question.
When u see people who post cdma roms for sprint...does that mean I cant use it?

Well i just got my desire and was hoping to port some roms to cdma but i have no idea where to start was looking for any links or info on the matter. Now as far as i understand we dont have a cdma 2.2 sense kernel yet but on hero they were using the older kernel to get it working dont know if this is possible workaround just looking for pointers and such

i hope this is the right spot to post this im new to the desire i had a hero never rooted i wont to root my desire and install a new rom and theme but there is a lot of gsm roms and i dont wont to brick my phone with one is there any way we can make a cdma thread thanks and sorry if this is the wrong place to post
There are cdma roms out there and using a GSM rom on a cdma will brick it. Go into the Android Dev forum and look for the everything desire sticky. Scroll down to the bottom of the first post. Enjoy!

I would like a ****CDMA**** HTC DESIRE kernal that will support LOOP.
I need this because i want to install UBUNTU on my phone and the KERNAL that i currently have, doesnt suppport loop. Please provide links guys. THANK YOU

with how few kernels there are in general for the bravoc finding one with loop support is near impossible.
secondly most of the ubuntu work with android phones is with the manufacturers
i hava a HTC desire today, its an cdma device,when i download the ROMs in the AndroidDevelopments area,how can i choose an correct ROM for it？ i mean are all the ROMs for CDMA version？ or have any rules to choose? and i wanna download the kernel_code from here http://www.htcdev.com/devcenter/downloads/P10 am i right？ im fresh with an old desire,please help me ,thanks anyway!!!:laugh:
