Yeah, but not a custom ROM. I recommend to use a custom rom (WM6.1 with MD2) in english from this forum.

привет :-D I would recommend the cyanogenmod rom, I'm running that one & it has Russian as a language option.

TouchWiz does not have Russian? That seems odd.

Hello guys! I was searching the forum and found nothing about this... Please, could anyone tell me if there´s a touchwiz based rom for t989 on ICS or JB that supports portuguese BR language?
I´m current on CM10 and it has portuguese BR support.
Stock ICS only supports english, French and Spanish...
Please help! It has to be touchwiz based...

I'm pretty sure you're SOL bro, I dont think touchwiz supports that many languages. Becuz of the nature of cm that's y u have that support, Samsung only catered to the masses with touchwiz

How to have Chinese language support?

My Bell's Galaxy 3 only has 3 languages - English, French and Korean on the list of Language. The phone model is SGH-I747M. It is Android 4.1.1.
How do I get Chinese language on the list?
Your help will be appreciated.
