Absolutely. Just pull it out of a stock EL30 ROM and push it to system/app and reboot.

Here is tw launcher 3.0. If you are on MTD mount system first before flashing in CWM.

Awesome! Thanks Kenny!
i was messing around with ice cream touchwiz (on the epic touch) and noticed it gives lets you create folders inside the app drawer! if so, that is all i've been waiting for. I LOVEEEE Go launcher, but would want to try touchwiz if someone can confirm the folders in app drawer in our release!!

Pretty sure there are several launchers including the default one on CM9 that allow folders on the homescreen. On CM9 if you drop an app on another app it creates a folder.

launcher pro should work with no problems. your launcher has nothing to do with your battery icons. you must have edited your framework wrong.

yea, as in dictionaries or word suggestions while typing. you'd have to research each kb for the assosicated files. they would be in the /system/lib folder
Will they be id'd as launcher files in some way in lib folder? Hope im wording correctly sorry!

The battery icon was referring to acer that port has no battery icon so i was leary of still cooking it into my rom!

where you just using the acer launcher? or trying to port the entire rom? if it was just the launcher, it doesnt affect the battery icons in the framework.

the lib files are associated with the KBs and not the launcher.
Yea the acer launcher port works well but has no visible battery percentage and home decore force closes! Gotta know how much juice i got!

Hey, after TW 4.0 is really working for our device, I was wondering if it was possible someone could work on a theme port like this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1058221
It would go great with the new EE03 ROMs since it is Gingerbread and it just looks amazing!
(Although, please, don't change the notification bar like they did! I hate battery % mods, lol)
Oh, and also can someone include the green CRT overscroll animation and some of the other green parts (like the text and copy and paste icons)

To each in own but i like the % battery it shows the regular bar as well as the % so i you cant really complain there but if its going to be such a hassle why not make 2 diff. versions if alot of people request that. i doubt it though.
Also this theme is pretty stock and just like the stock Gingerbread theme so i hardly doubt that this is going to be ported.

Well, the battery % thing is just a me thing. I don't really care if it's there; it just makes me more obsessed with battery life.
Second, the icons are pretty different and would be an interesting addition combined with the new TW 4.0.
I know it doesn't have major theme changes, but it's sleek and feels more up-to-date with the GS II in my opinion.
Great idea that new touchwiz look is sexy
I like that. Looks awesome.

I just flashed salvage-mod 1.4 the other day and I extremely love this rom but I have a few issues with it such as the black messaging (i like white) and there is no silent state for the volume..
So what I really love about this rom is the launcher it has. Its the AOSP GB Launcher with settings to where you can change the number of screens (i prefer just 3) and has the 3D drawer and it runs so smooth and flawlessly.
I really want this launcher, but to be able to put it on CM7. I love CM7 but i dont like the adw launcher at all or any other launcher in the market. ADW Ex is great but the quality isnt great compared to the AOSP Launcher...
My question is... is there a way to get salvage-mod's launcher on to CM7? Like an apk? Or any other close alternative?
Or if someone could help me with the black messaging and silent state
Thanks!
I could be wrong but I believe that is the stock gingerbread launcher that comes with salvage mod. I think you can get it from the market. It could be Launcher Pro also. I prefer GO Launcher on AOSP roms for it's customization characteristics. ADW is good if you but the paid version. I don't know if there is a dark and light theme for the messaging app. If not you would have to theme it yourself or look in the themes section to see if someone else has already done it.

Just saying that it should be in the market. You said you really want that launcher on CM7. Look up gingerbread launcher or try GO Launcher. It has lots of options from number of screens to animations and many themes. Just trying to help.
Oh yes, sorry but all the GB launchers in the market dont have the options that the savage launcher has.
Sent from my PC36100 using XDA App
I'm sure those customizations are built into the framework. You're not likely going to find it for CM7. You can check the Themes and Apps section for the gingerbread launcher. There may be a modified version there. Kinda doubt it. Sorry
You can try using titanium backup back up the launcher and restore it to cm7 if the launcher apk was modified it will work if its a framework mod it wont work properly but its worth a shot

Not sure if it'll help at all, but I've done a similar thing with ICS when I wanted to use the Trebuchet Launcher instead of the source ics launcher. I extracted the Launcher2.apk from within the zip of the rom, and used it as a replacement in the exisiting rom. Just a matter of messing with the files within the flashable zip. Not sure if this will help you but I thought I'd throw it out there.

Thanks for the app, I tried it, but there are a lot of bugs, and its half in what I'm assuming is Japanese.

don't use the app to get the themes, all the ones from the app are from the Chinese servers so they will all be in Chinese and download extremely slow. There is a thread I the general themes section that has a bunch of themes all in English, there is an ice cream sandwich one in there.
