[THEME PORTING] Gingerbread Remix 1.0

Hello everyone
since there are not new themes for our smartphone, with the permission of pauldiddy I decided to port his theme on sgs2.
I want thank Paul for his spectacular work done on the galaxy.

i need to port also phone.apk and dialertab

ok thanks for your great work. if something goes wrong how can i put my original files back? and when i tried to push the files it gave an error. "read only file system"

backup your original files first and then use root explorer or adb:
type "adb remount" before doing the push

Same as other themes here on XDA foe the SGSII - when I apply the Settings.apk all I get in settings is a bunch of slider bars??? No text or settings etc just slider bars...

Doesn't work on I9100XEKE1 ROM! The phone always reboot!

Gioscape final themes

This themes is System Themes just for CM7.2 update 02242012
For descriptions:
- Transparent statusbar and app background
- Timescape, xperia events and the others app from Sony Ericsson like Creatouch TM and TrackID
- Bravia Engine, but not shown in settings
- New sound experience with Mega Bass + Beats sounds, focus to sounds with headset
- Window animations mod, mix from Rudolph with my Xperia Themes window animations
- Include Xperia Contactc and Dialer
- Photo widgets port from Xperia S
- Fix for Twitter Timescape update
For step:
- Backup your rom
- Put the file on sdcard
- Go to CWM recovery
- Mount system, data, cache and sdcard
- Instal the file
- Reboot

- Extract TrackID.zip
- Put on sdcard - Titanium backup folder
- Restore TrackID from TitaniumBackup

i copy the folders etc(but only audio folder), bin and lib. I copy this to system folder and it works thank you geva28

You're welcomes You can insert etc - audio effects.conf and audioBTID.csv , but if you mix with my megabass, the sounds will more fowerfull

transparent status bar still not working on my gio. Is it because I use ICS CM7 theme by aChep? Do I need to change my theme?

can you fix the launcher's bug when icons of apps, placed on sd, disappear from home screens after reboot. on all xperia launchers i've been using before these icons don't disappear. thanks in advance!!!
btw check the v2 thread, i uploaded there SE bootanimation and xperia s live wallpaper, hope you find it usefull

I think ics layout do something with statbar, try a another theme

upd: nevermind, i allready did it and HELL YEAH!!!! it's working as expected - icons there after reboot!!! you're awsome, dude!!! thx!!!!
One more update - app icons stay, but game's icon disappear. BUT if put to a folder, they stay. So don't pay attention, it's even better in folder. Thx once again!

i've installed on CyanogenMod 7.2-GIO-KANG new update by Phiex and got a bootloop...
i don't know why, but i think it did'nt work for this room

Notification Panel Pull Down Dim Mod

CM10 does not have the JB feature of the notification panel where the homescreen dims when it is pulled down. Can anyone share that mod? Thanks :laugh:

yes , it replaces your systemUI.apk
..
this Mod only has Dim Behind Expanded Panel..
you should edit this SystemUI.apk mod firstly to be included transparent pulldown too.

you can take systemUI.apk from rom with black statusbar ,in folder preload
and copy in your rom -fix permission and reboot

first wipe cache partition and in advanced wipe delvik-cache then reinstall zip.
This is for deodexed xxlsj rom.

I did exactly as you instructed. Same thing. No status bar at all... My ROM is deodexed LSJ, so procedure must be wrong...

Copy SystemUI.apk and attached here,I will make.
By ES file explorer navigate to root of sd card
sdcard>up>preload>symlink>system>app>SystemUI.apk,
Copy systemUI.apk from here to ext sd.

I want a functional status bar, only with black background instead of grey. I've wiped cache and Dalvik, flashed the file you sent me, and still get a missing status bar, no icons at all.
I don't know what's happening !
So if you have some ideas, they will be much welcomed...

SystemUI Transparent + Center Clock (orange) for [XWLS8]

Hi,
I modded the stock SystemUI.apk from new JB XWLS8, and made it fully transparent. (100%)
It has now center clock in orange color.
I'm using in Omega rom 19.1....(thanks Indie), so far so good
On other roms with mods on SystemUI, you'll loose it...
Copy file to your phone and just flash it in CWM....

I think so...but i'll try to make a transparent status bar for Omega Rom...because i'm using it right now.
But remember, Indie still haven't launched full version of Omega Rom (v 19.2 - i'm waiting too)

Love you man!!!! This is the first time I've got a transparency for status bar Mod working on my phone.. maybe its coz I'm also on 19.1
Just a request.. well two actually..
1. Can you create a separate Mod for the center clock coz I'm not a big fan of it
2. Would it be possible to make the notification icons blue like in the theme by crussader?
