I was wondering if someone could create a red theme for CM9. I hate the color blue, but I deal with it because the performance of CyanogenMod is superior to anything else.
Re-coloring everything to red would be a pain. But I'm sure somebody could find a red theme that they can port for CM9.

I would do it, but as you said it would be a pain to re-color everything. If only there was some easier way...

I would love a red theme as well, I don't possess the know how to port a theme but my favorite one was Red Star V2. It's here in the themes forum back a few pages (way back) it ran on Froyo ec05. I looked at it just yesterday but didn't know how to paste a link from my phone to the page. I was going to ask a few of the themers if it was possible to bring it to ICS. I settled on Cherry Mixer when I went to CM7 but now it won't install on CM9...so I'm stuck with blue like the rest of us... If its possible that would be the Shiz..

I realize that I'm just mooching here, so making requests seems weird...but I miss the colored bubble messaging that CM7 had, don't know if it was CM7 or the mixer cherry theme I had but the bubbles were a really shiney red and blue with a dark background. Muggy, your inverted theme, out whatever your working have anything along those lines? Glad to see someones bringing some red back...

I do believe that MIKG 2.4 has a pink theme to it just search the mikmik forum on his site...themikmik.com!

Aren't there a few Skins that are Pink or Purple. I'm pretty positive there is a purple skin for 2.0 ROMS. Another option to consider.
I'm running Purple mixer with CM7 and Theme Chooser. I honestly don't think there are any non aosp roms that have as many theme options, so aosp is what I'd go with.

in mikg there is a purple passion theme in comes with preinstalled, and i believe i saw a couple of pink themes in the "themes" section
Kinged Alliance has some pink themes.
What the bloody is this?? Its just Simply Bloody with red ICS icons and a red smooth battery mod and a red miui battery bar, also red themed ICS launcher. All credits go to "thachosenone" for this amazing theme and then some credit goes to me as well so make sure you thank both of us...lol...for now its only availible for Juggernaut and beastmod. If you want it for a different rom, let me know and i will make you a version for that rom.

I know what you mean, its too dark for me as well...i left it the way the original was for now but the future update would have the bright red color...

hey guys....original themer here....thanks for porting. the reason i went with a darker red is b/c regular red looks dark orange to me, at least on the SGS1....maybe because of the pentile display....i dunno....feel free to lighten it though. also, i feel that with the name of the theme, it needed to be a darker red for it to be "bloody"

Everything is just great in the theme, its just the status bar icons that are hard to be seen outside in sunlight. And thanks again for the amazing theme.

Ill try to add it to OP tomorrow night. I've almost got a new theme done, it's cyan based, I've been putting quite a bit of time in. There's not a lot of cyan fans, but I really like it.

ya it would look good..BUT it cant be like a BRIGHT red like the themes we have now such as dark fire or bloody red ics. too bright of a red. i would say like a dark red

I'll stick with Blue Fusion for this rom. I'll post it later this evening. That would take forever changing all of the blues. You have one of the most accurately themed roms I have ever used, and it looks great.

I added a version of Blue Transfusion to the OP of my thread located here, for Blu Kuban. I still need to work on the icons. Couldn't get a lot of them to stick. I also didn't do hardly any theming to his apps, because he has them done so well. I may even change it back to his original icons all together, but I'm working on another theme right now, and will fix it when I get more time.
I love the battery icon from blue kuban from with no battery % it be cool to see some different colors like maybe gold and black or grey and black or a dark purple if I wasn't so busy I'd take more time aside to finish learning how to theme and I could help out it would feel pretty good to be another woman themer lol. But thank you all for the hard work you put into the roms and themes

Hey guys I respect what you guys do and I know that its really hard to pull together themes from scratch but I believe there is a pink theme floating around that can be ported if anyone is willing to teach me or 2 maybe do this themselves I will be in debt to them forever and Im willing to learn anyways thanks for your time. And travmofosho was working on a pink one for EL30, not sure where he is at with that at the moment. I know he has been real busy. But the version I test looked real nice.

yeah, i need a pink theme for cm9 or aokp as well, preferably aokp. my girl wants to switch to cm9/aokp but refuses to leave her punk pink theme on cm7 unless she has something "at least as pretty or prettier" than that. is it possible to port a theme chooser theme to cm9 or aokp? punk pink is on the market, its by dont panic i think. i know they have the hitch hikers guide to the galaxy logo as their avatar, so im pretty sure they go by dont panic. i just spent a coupla hours updating her to cm7 beta 1 and redoing all the metamorphs to theme her lockscreen and volume bars n such n such. ut she loves the rom im on (cm9 til last night, now aokp) n wants it on her phone, but onl if its pink. or even better, rainbow zebra print like her go sms and better keyboard are themed. if an of you themers out there want a challenge, i can post some screens of how theyre themed and ill help you test it out and anything else i can do to help. someone let me know.

That would be great for aokp I'm on a red theme that looks pretty amazing but I'd much rather have a purple one, just don't go too over board please. I love the way stock icons in status bar are and I think they'd look way better purple.

i believe ppl are waiting one the official ICS kernel so ppl will actually use the theme ..say if i make a theme an the next day ICS updates to a new kernel ppl aren't really goin to use it..but your ideas are nice ..are u using gb or ICS ?

Thanks I didn't know that. But helps a lot. I'm using AnaKonda ROM at the moment but I'm constantly switching to AOKP or ICE. I like them all a lot.
