Smoked by a Windows Phone Screen Saver for Windows PC - Windows Phone 7 General

Taking these elements, WPDownUnder has put together a basic screensaver to complement the campaign. It’s perfect to put onto in-store PC’s or display screens to help sell Windows Phone in retail. The screensaver was created with a licensed copy of Ultra Screensaver Maker – a legitimate DIY tool for screensaver creation used by many corporations. All pictures and video’s displayed are (c) Microsoft. Click on the picture below to grab the 20Mb ZIP file from WPDownUnder’s Skydrive account. It contains a .exe screensaver install file. Engineer Survey application

I am looking at developing an application that will be used to conduct on-site installation surveys. It will be designed to be browser based, and will be targeted at a pocket pc platform.
The user will start a new installation survey, and will be able to add a series of 'checkpoints' throughout the survey. The best way to describe it is to say for example that the engineer is adding proposed locations for light-switches all around the site, and needs to add the location, type of light switch, some notes, and perhaps a digital image taken from the camera of the pocket pc. Each 'light switch' will be an individual record in a database.
When the survey is complete the engineer will have a collection of light switch locations, along with notes etc. These could potentially be large in file size, so I was planning on having the 'survey' stored on the pocket pc and upload it to the web server DB when it is finished.
My question is, does anyone know of an application that has already been developed, as I don't want to re-invent the wheel.

*.PNG files

Hello,
I have on my SGS a newspaper application,so i can read my local newspaper every day on my android. Very nice...
But because is easier to read on big monitor, i was wondering if is possible to read this in windows 7 pc?
So i copy the folder that was on my android sdcard(inside the newspaper application) on windows7 pc, but is impossible for me to read it in one peace, like on android.
Here i have a lot of *.png files and each image is a part of some big image(the regular newspaper page is cut in multiple *.png image files).
I cant found some software to open it and read completely.
Can somebody help me?
Thank you
Kikan
You would be far better off downloading a Windows application for reading newspapers or using Google Reader, since not only is the app you are talking about designed to run on a totally different OS, it is also formatted for a much smaller screen.
If all else fails, just go to your local newspaper's website on any standard browser...I imagine the reading experience will be much the same.
thank you for your answer...
I know all of that, but the apps for android, give me gratis all newspaper,
local newspaper's website give me only basic pages....
And if i'm outside my country, local newspaper's website will not work.
I'm leaving in one country and working in another, so when i drive to work, my apps can download all newspaper and after i can read it outside my country on SGS , and i will prefer to read it on windows pc with bigger screen...
Is there an emulator for android for windows ...::)))
thanks
kikan

Is there any way to get the Windows 10 mobile Enterprise file? [SOLVED]

I know its kinda useless but i still want to know. Can anyone share it?
Yes, easily through the subscription access.
http://m.winsupersite.com/windows-10/windows-10-mobile-enterprise-deployment-file-released
I reached out to Microsoft yesterday to ask for more specifics about this file and its relationship to Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise and this is the official response from a company spokesperson:
“Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise, Version 1511 is now available to MSDN subscribers. The download file is 611KB as the image includes only the XML file that you have to deploy on any Windows 10 Mobile device to turn on the Windows 10 Mobile Enterprise features on it. There is no full image in the case of phone as it is delivered as an OTA update.”
Click to collapse
...
Here's the ISO: http://1drv.ms/1O7gqfK
It's not the OS, just an XML file.
Thank you! Exactly what i was looking for!
Whats the use of this file?
Using Windows imaging and configuration designer you can use the XML file within the ISO to upgrade to the enterprise version of windows 10 mobile. There's a lot that goes into it. This file cant put enterprise on your device unless the following is met--- The XML license file contents must be properly escaped (that is, it should not simply be a copied XML), otherwise the edition upgrade on Windows 10 mobile devices will fail. For more information on proper escaping of the XML license file, see Section 2.4 of the W3C XML spec . The XML license file is acquired from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center. Your organization must have a Volume Licensing contract with Microsoft to access the portal.
And for me, a simple user, is something good to install it? I will read about enterprise.
There is really no features of enterprise that would benefit regular windows phone users. Enterprise is more based for businesses and IT professionals.
Policy management control...
you must create a provisioning package using WICD in ADK. Deploy the package and reboot. After it rebooted it will became Enterprise.
The XML still requires a license file for it to work. The XML license file is acquired from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Service Center. Your organization must have a Volume Licensing contract with Microsoft to access the portal.
Ups....

WORKING: Installing Apps on Surface Windows 10 RT

Let's get right into it.
I am currently working on 4 Surface tablets by putting Windows 10 RT and have been really successful. I have problems with the AEM store, I'm sure many of you have as well, but here is a workaround to be able to get apps still:
You need to open your actual Microsoft Store.
Find the app that you want, Click Share, then click on the Cortana option (I think).
NOW YOU NEED TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION FAST. I recommend having your phone out for this one, because you need to snap a photo of the Microsoft store link that appears (or just the Product ID really).
Once picture is taken, using your Surface Tablet go to this site:
https://store.rg-adguard.net
Choose either URL or Product ID. (I use Product ID)
Type the URL or Product Key from the picture you took with your phone.
Look for and download the ARM or Neutral version of the app that you want, and it must be appx or appxbundle filetype.
Note: Not all apps will work. Some have dependencies, you need more frameworks. Just keep building. I'm sure the bottom appx and appxbundles are important.
Hint: if you need an RAR or 7z extractor tool search for the 9-Zip app on Microsoft Store and try what I just told you.
(I'm sure you need a 7z extractor to install Microsoft Office 2013 from Alexenfermans Extra list)
