One of the users here has been kind enough to make a youtube video of the rom. Take a look here so you know what you are getting yourself into!
Here is what I have been working on and running on my phone for quite some time. Figured I would post it for anyone else to use.
Huge Thanks Goes out to:
Cyanogenmod for all of their innovations
Codename Android for making their modified and stock source available
ChainsDD for Superuser/su
Xoomdev, Roman, and the entire AOKP team for several tweaks that I used in my rom from theirs
Many Many others I am sure.
About the rom
1. Built from 4.0.4 source
2. Root with superuser, su, and busybox built from source.
3. Advanced Power Menu without screenshot as screenshots are easy to take with the gnex
4. Power toggles in notification dropdown. Flashlight, 2g/3g toggle, and 4g toggle not currently functioning
5. Four target lockscreen. This is not optional or customizable at the moment...will be coming sometime
6. Customizable clock options
7. Customizable Carrier label
8. Customizable Battery icon (more to come here as well)
9. Option to use power button as shutter button.
10. Modified Tethering Provisions
How to Flash
Reboot Recovery

reboot and enjoy

can someone modify systemui.apk so that the softkey glow animation speed is set to 0? That helps out tremendously in terms of performance
Just flash 1.5.0 nightly #3
well i was getting it set up and the only 2 things i see wrong is the effed up ics lockscreen(carrier text and ring way too high) and no option to hold back button to kill app
this is otherwise pretty bad ass
I never cooked in the way to hold back to kill apps...maybe in the next build. And you may have found my issue with the ics lock screen. I've been thinking its been something with layout.
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk 2
Well got the layout fixed and longpress to kill cooked in...plus extras! the link for build 4 will be up in a half hour or so.
- Its up...lemme know if there are any issues with it!
Been working on this beast for the last 8 hours in hopes of destroying the random soft reboot that was caused by a nullpointerexception...may have gotten it. If I don't get a reboot all night, be expecting a milestone release.

Do you have it set in the settings to kill on long press?
Cuz it does kill them, just slightly glitchy right now.
I was using GLaDOS for a while and got solid battery and performance,
Right now I'm using newest lean kernel 3.2.2exp5(230mhz) and I have Max set to 920 and min 230 on interactiveX gov, also using lean tweaks script for a couple adjustments, solid battery AND great performance even underclocked I'm getting no lag.
I'm gonna try new faux beta later as the last time I used it when idle I would get nearly completely flat line battery use which was awesome, same thing had been happening with the lean kernel I'm using as well, hell, sometimes it would look like the battery graph was actually going up ever so slightly after using for a while then idle for a while lol
