[Q] Installing Clockworkmod Recovery Help!!!

I picked up a GSII from Sprint yesterday so of course the first thing I'm going to do is root it. I've got root access with Superuser installed but I can't seem to install a custom recovery. I've been looking everywhere for a file to install via Odin 1.85 but it seems EVERY download link I've found has been broken! I'm on EL29 (White GSII) and am extremely frustrated that I can't figure this out. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I think you may be in the wrong forum
Is your phone the epic touch 4g on Sprint?
Yep. Definitely on Sprint.
Here's a link to Team Rogue's CWM recovery thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1390393
It's now being updated for ICS roms, but you can scroll down to post #3 for the archive list to find links for Gingerbread kernel / recoveries.

Firts off DON"T USE ROM MANAGER! It doesn't play nice with our phones. Second Dont use 'touch' recoveries either - same issues. Go here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342728 user the autoroot package to install EL29+CWM+Rogue

Great, I now have CWM recovery and rogue recovery, but no matter which one I use when I try to da a backup (the reasaon I needed recovery) I gat an "can't mount backup path" message and goes back to menu..
Ok new development, I did a backup from CWM to internal sdcard and that works,, so rogue backup won't work,,
Rogue should work to backup to external SD card; it's where it puts it by default unless you choose to mount the internal card - I did it dozens and dozens of times on GB. Saves the file to a folder called sdcard or something. Try again with out any extra steps of mounting or anything.:
In recovery choose backup, then advanced backup toggle down to backup with all saying yes. [Also you might want to make sure that the first time you go into recovery that you press the volume up and down buttons a few times all the way through to make sure you enable the power button/select. See Qbking77's videos for descriptions of that too.]

[MOD] Super Wipe for Samsung Galaxy S4 I9505

Hello friends,
This mod is highly recommended when you switch roms/versions.
When you install a rom, all junk such as temp files, useless items, are located on the internal storage.
So what exactly this mod does?
It wipes your Cache partition
It wipes your System partition
It wipes your Data partition - Data partition includes your internal storage!(internel storage is located in data/media/)
Click to collapse
Important notes:
Make sure you have backuped your images, songs, etc. from your internal storage becuase it will be deleted!
Make sure you have external SD card with the rom you wish to install because you will have nothing installed on your device.
Click to collapse
I'm not responsible for any damage caused by using this mod.
This is for I9505 Only!!!!!!!
So, how do I install it?
Backup everything you want to your computer.
Copy to your External SD Card the following items:
- ROM
- Super WIpe Script
Reboot into recovery
Install the script.
After it finishes, it will reboot your device into recovery again. If not and it stucks on Samsung logo, reboot to recovery and reflash the script.
Install your ROM
Enjoy

Do I just boot into my current CWM 6.0.3.0, choose "Install zip from SD card", then "Choose zip from external SD card", wait for it to finish then go to Advanced and "Reboot Recovery"?
