Guys these what i got on my device which i want to downgrade... i have been trying a lot of tricks and procedure in this forum but still i cant root my device.
i want to install arabic rom thats why i need to downgrade to 2.3.3
please guys i need your help!

Use AAHK, thats the only way to downgrade and root dhd wit 3.12

hey
i have rooted my Friend DHD by visionary but not S-off , so the superuser app is exist but it say u still dont have root ability .
whats Wrong?

Wich Android Version is it running ? Did he install the ota update ?
Google for dripther.com there's a tut to downgrade with s off ...
Search : downgrade s-off dhd/inspire 4g in 9 steps ...
Offcourse you're responsible for the results but it was verry helpfull to me ! Good luck ...

you can use visionary to temp root again see if that works, if not you might need to downgrade the os look here

thanks i did with visionary but Doesnt show that it is rooted , i did another Desire Hd didnt need these downgrade and was 2.2.
yea but did you update it with the official 2.3 OTA update please post your your software build number, this happens with some newer builds, the software build is updated and not root able yet therefor you might need to downgrade

no i didnt update it ..its 2.2
Try rooting with ace hacking kit look in the link above.

so what do you want, to root it or what?
the cid is 11111111?and if you put the PG76IMG.zip to the sdcard ,the phone boot to fastboot,no update information,we call them virus phone，S-OFF buy a machine，and change the cid by secondhand manufacturer，and locked the fastboot .

Be careful! I got a brick with AAHK. S-off step was fine, but root is no,,, Then I used SuperOneClick and it helps with my problem! Good luck.

You could probably use the old method to downgrade and s off search for it.

Ace Think Tank. Linked in my signature. You can't be S-Off and unlocked at the same time.
Download oneclick root and unclock you device with it and than download jellybean and install it.

What do you mean "i couldn't find a good tutorial"? just between you and me, I don't think you tried very hard, because here Is a guide that works http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=39935122 it was in the developers section.
It will guide you to unlock your bootloader, install recovery, and even s-off your unlocked bootloader.
Personally, I think it was a pretty good guide...
