[Q] Downgraded GB to Froyo anyway to fix ?

my friend downgraded his DHD from gingerbread to froyo now phone is stuck in hboot menu is this a perm brick ?

S-off? He may be able to install any of there stock roms without a problem: Stock Ace (DHD) ROMs

i cant find a ruu anywhere ive been searching for days
i found RUU_Ace_TMO_UK_1.75.110.2_R_Radio_12.28e.60.140f_2 6.04.02.17_M2_SF_release_163304_signed.exe and flashed but now im stuck in a boot loop :s
i think ive lost root and i cant enable usb debugging as phone wont boot
no other ruu's are flashing

htc wildfire problem please help with h-boot 1.01.002

i am having problem with htc wildfire PC49100
I NEED SOLID SOLUTION
when i turn it on it just vibrate and keep rebooting. i can go to fast-boot mode and i also tried so many shipped roms but no luck at all.please help me to suggest exact rom which i need.my phone on h3g uk.i already tried the same network rom.I have also try to make s-off with xtc clip but it just stuck to waiting for radio.So it doesn't let me make s-off as well.

the XTC clip didn't work - you're probably on a simlock? - if yes: is this the network you want to use? if no: sry but there's no known method to unlock SIM besides purchasing an unlock key

You can try a progam called android flasher down the CWM and flash it with this program has helped me to install CWM 2.0 roms asking

Hello, I'm trying to root an wildfire s with this configuration : Marvel PVT SHIP S-ON RL HBOOT-1.09.0099 MICROP-0451 RADIO-7.57.39.10M but when I flash any recovery image with fastboot or sd card it does'nt work , with fatboot the phone stuck on logo, and with the sd card I have two message error (error cid , error ID ) And I found some many people with same probleme, but I dont found any solution; so I hope if there's somebody who give some solution working; like downgrade bootloader or a spcial recovery image for this model of marvel Thank's

S-ON?? Did you unlock bootloader first? You must have S-ON (Unlocked) or S-OFF...

**Update** I solved my own problem >_>
I just restored the boot from the cwm nandroid image and the cellular network was restored. If anyone was in a similar situation with this phone there you go.
I'm a noob obviously. I watched the noob video... I've searched here and on google for hours upon hours on how to fix the problem i'm currently in.
I tried to root the One V in order to eventually overclock it with whichever ROM would help me do so. Got tired of the sluggishness of it.
I unlocked the bootloader, made a nandroid backup with cwm, then rooted it with supersu. My only problem is now the cellular network is unavailable. WiFi works fine though.
I've tried to flash the recovery I made but it doesn't help. It seems that the only solution is to flash the stock rom/ run the RUU for the One V.
Anyone know how I can either get back the cellular connection, or where I can find/download the RUU, since I just found out through this whole process that the website for the stock ruus was recently taken down by HTC! :crying: I'd really like to not lose $100 and have to waste more money on another phone.

Hello everyone,
I too have the same phone and no network service. I have tried the RUU_PRIMO_U_ICS_40A_TELUS_WWE_2.22.661.2_Radio_20.76.30.0835U_3831.19.00.120_release_275931_signed but no win. Would it be asking to much for someone to upload a copy of their boot? I am not sure what makes the radio so difficult with this Koodo version, but I have been fiddling with this for 3 days on and off. Needless to say, I'm losing my mind and developing a twitch lol.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If I remember correctly your hboot was exploitable when HTC released the first method to unlock via htcdev. The send out 2 downloads the first was a hboot and the second was a radio update. If people flashed the second one first the phone became s-off because some of the partitioning changed. You could try that if you can find the files but your phone model seems strange to me. May I ask what country you got the phone in?
