Hi Guys, I installed the xperia S music apk and i found it to force close every time. I tried to install the old music app again but found the equalizer missing from the music app now. Please suggest what to do now ? Also can you tell me why the music apk from Xperia S kept on force closing ? Thanks !

Can you tell me how to install it ? I think I tried the same apk before (found here). But couldn't figure out how to install. When I ran it I got the "This is a system app do you want to replace" prompt, saying yes got it installed, but I cant seem to find where it went. Clicking on the music player icon still loads the old music player, and there are no new music player icons. Then I replaced the default music player apk with this one (like I did with the previously leaked honeycomb/gingerbread music app) but then its force closes.

Recently I flashed CM7 and everything works great exept for playing music. Whenever I play music the phone doesn't let me unlock the lockscreen. The lockscreen comes up, but it doesn't respond to my touching. I've used different music player but that doesn't help. The lockscreen gets frozen.
Im using CM7 with as music player PowerAMP (tweaking the audio didn't help either). I also use Launcher Pro.
Maybe the standard music player from CM7 works better, but I unistalled it..... does anyone know where to find the .apk for that music player?
Another problem is that the time and date always jump back to 01-01-1980 and 12:00. Anyone has a solution for this?

I think the problem is that you uninstall the stock music player.
You can find that apk file from the CM7 zip file which is the whole ROM you have flashed in recovery.
Open the zip and go to /system/app/Music.apk that's the apk
Somehow that apk file isn't in the system/app folder. But I'll look into the .zip file on my computer, maybe it's in there.

I have a big question for you guys, i install the ICS Arconium ROM v1.1, and i have a problem with the music player, every time i try to open the app, it keeps refreshing the library and when i touch the music button on the bottom it says EMPTY LIBRARY, why? Anyone has this problem too?
But if i look for the music with root explorer or anything, i can play music in the music player app, but just 1 song at the time, help please

Could anyone share the default music player apk or zip for xperia arc S running on Android version 4.0.3.
I had installed the xperia S Music player zip which had beats audio and music player with changing colors, but after flashing the zip through CWM and restarting the phone now keeps saying "unfortunately sound enhancements stopped working" and then the "Xloud" option is not getting selected.
Could anyone help me in correcting this problem or share the default music player zip

I tried to install xperia S music player and in this process I lost all my default sound enhancement.apk and xloud
Could anyone help me in restoring this issue.
Everytime I check the option xloud and navigate to some other place and come back, this option would be unchecked and the sound of my phone has become very low.
Also, sound enhancements are not working., from music player if i try to click on sound enhancements, it says "unfortunately sound enhancements has stopped"
I really am in need of a good working player. Pls if anyone can guide me or help me with correcting this problem

Hi excuse, I tried to fix Xperia V Walkman. I'm still using pranav's walkman mod. I have a problem with this when I played song, unfortunately stopped and revert to first track. It doesn't FC, any solution ?
