Why you want a ported OS ? WM5 is WM5 and WM6 is WM6....its on every device the same..

I want to get my German 363 ROM, because...

I want to cook a new ROM and use this as a base. But I can't find a download for the German version.
b.
Before I flash a new ROM I want to make sure that I have a backup of my old ROM and I could go back.
Any ideas?
Or if anyone has a link for any German version (363, 402 or any other) please also let me know.
