Big credits to eoghan2t7, Alquez, RockoDev & fuss123 for making this possible.
Works a charm on CM7.2 along with DSP equalizer. You won't see a difference with an icon or anything etc. But the bass goes incredibly stronger and much more of the music can be heard clearly. To install do the following:
Download ZIP http://www.mediafire.com/?9pocco79dq2z9z1 to sd card
Boot to recovery.
Mount /system partition
Install ZIP from sd card
Reboot and enjoy.
N.B. if something goes horribly weird with your bass (too strong becomes bad) disable bass boost on DSP equalizer.
Does it work on stock ROM as well?
Sent from my HTC_A510c using Tapatalk
will this work with the JxMatteo sense rom I have on my wildfire s?
cheers
I believe the answer is no. But someone will eventually need to try it.
Sent from my HTC_A510c
Well this zip is optimized to work with cm update scripts in recovery. I believe you need to extract and replace the update-binary file from your rom into the zip. Then it should deffo work.
This is the best thing trouble hit the wildfire s

Is this just for S-off? I've flashed the zip but no noticeable changes.

thanks again mate SALUTE XD
Sorry, but I'm really struggling to find out what this actually does. I'm listening to it now and to be honest I can't really remember what it sounded like before so I can't really make a comparison. A lot of people say there's a change and that it's better. But better how? What can this do that the equaliser cannot? Is there an increase in clarity? A flatter sound (as every audiophile strives to achieve)? A larger dynamic range? Or perhaps as the beats brand is somewhat infamous for; deeper bass?
Maybe it's not targeted towards my preferred genre of music (melodeath).
In any case could someone point me towards any documentation? I'm really curious as to what this does.
Hi guys
Made a flashable zip for stock rom. I checked and seems everything is in place.
Hope it helps you!

I could be wrong but is the compass not working really an issue?
I recall the One V not having a hardware compass so this may be "by design".
My play store is not working. I've rebooted twice and wiped the play store's data, still no dice. Here's a screenshot of the error it's giving me. Should I try a reflash?'
Edit: reflashing worked. Thanks for the excellent rom! I love MIUI, and running it on Jellybean makes it even better.

ok folks, the op has been updated! the flash zip file works!
for some reason it was not flashing the actual animation file, only the sound was flashing! also found that this device has a different location for the animation file. "/system/media" the funny thing is when I checked my device it has always worked from "/data/local" after digging deeper into my file system, i found a "bootanimation.zip" located in "/system/media" that read "0kb" in size, it was some how redirecting it to pickup the file from the other location! after removing both files and placing in /system/media it worked! :scratchhead
try flashing with the new link in the 1st post! tested working on my glide!!

I did that. I have an other one v. To compare. The one with bravia and the one without both look exactly same..
Is there anything that I can run in terminal to find out if the bravia service is running?
Thanks

Noob question:
I have ES Explorer...I got all the way into the build.prop and added the lines...but it will not allow me to save it. I'm guessing this has something to do with permissions. Anyone here successfully do this with ES Explorer that can walk me through being able to save it?

I have looked in every nook & cranny of the settings and I can not find anything that says "Mount File System".
I did find the R/W settings in there, and I changed them to RW from RO and still nothing.
below the root explorer option
Really, I'm not crazy...or stupid (I don't think lol)...

get an earlier version
or try root explorer
worx fine for me!
I use root explorer I'm not so familiar with es explorer but it should be the same, mount as R/w which let's you re-write or edit any system file if your mounted as R/o that's read only you can't edit system files just let's you view them I hope this clears it up for some people , there should always be an option around there to let you change your permissions type (r/o r/w)
