Hi to all. I wanted to ask if you can help me telling me more about this (taken from TEAM stock topic):
HOW TO INSTALL:
HAVE AT LEAST 50% BATTERY BEFORE STARTING!
You must also me on a 2.3.4 Stock Firmware
NO DATA WILL BE WIPED DURING INSTALLATION!
1. Boot into Recovery and make a NANDROID BACKUP ( This is really IMPORTANT, as we can't recover your data! If the fan gets soiled )
2. Flash the "TEAM_ROM.zip" via Recovery.
I've unlocked bootloader. Apologize for my bad english i'm italian

Hi folks,
As the title says, I want to change from CWM to EXT4 recovery for future use (mainly for ICS 4.x and ICS 4.x MIUI)
Can someone guide me how to get rid of the CWM recovery?
I only have the recovery flashed so I'm not using CWM ROM manager.
All help is appreciated.
Cheers,
R.
Go to 4ext.net. download recovery updater app. Install it then use it to install 4ext recovery. You should try the touch version is pretty sweet
Thanks,
So it will overwrite CWM?
And do I need to install recovery updater first and recovery touch on top of it, or will touch be installed through the main app?
EDIT: Well I answered my own questions .. .. It went pretty smooth, so thanks again!!
Got the same issue!
Unlocked my bootloader fallowing HTCdev.
My device is still S-ON. Currently using CWM to flash ROMs and fastboot to flash boot.img.
Is there anything to take care about when switching to 4EXT in my situation?
Thanks.

Thanks so much for this - I have looked at the how to install the rom but can i ask one question? I tried to install the custom recovery in TWRP which found the device but when installing it ran the TWRP 2.6 and not 2.7.0.1 and when i tried to reboot in recovery i got a bootloop so had to reflash the stock rom. I am not sure if this caused the bootloop but because I dont want to make the same mistake again so can you step me through how to get the recovery ready prior to Intalling the rom in twrp??
first you must be on the 4.4.2 bootloader to flash this rom (flash P605XXUCNE2 with odin) 2 :make a fullwipe 3: flash TWRP 2.7.0.1(LTE) with odin 4: flash xKat v3.1 .The end
Hey guys, I'm sorry.. I need some help and it is related to that room.. I hope you can help me, yesterday I unlocked the bootloader, rooted the phone and installed twrp custom recovery with Hasoon2000's toolkit, after a nandroid, I wiped Dalvik, Cache and Factory reset, when I tried to install the rom it starts installing it and after a little bit it just says 'failed', could it be that the custom recovery is outdated? If so, how can I update it? Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.
EDIT: I found that in order to install kit kat roms I need a custom recovery with SELinux support like TWRP 2.7.0 but, How do I update from an earlier version of TWRP?
Install new recovery just like you installed your current recovery. Download new recovery with SElinux support and in toolkit choose flash your own recovery.
