I've been trying to find a TI emulator and I've tried andie graph and the creatively named TI emulator. Neither of these work with the TI 84 ROM I downloaded (ironically, from the TI website, apparently they are cracking down on illegal ROMs).
Anyway, if anyone knows an emulator that works that would be great.
Update: found a TI 83 emulator with ROM built in at http://www.4shared.com/android/vpivvDXe/calculater-Andy-83_V2_.html
However, I would like something where I can use my own ROM from my TI 84 so I can have my programs.

The ROMs on TI's website are update files for an existing OS. They are not a complete stand alone ROM or at least they aren't in the proper format.
This would be really fantastic if found.

Yeah I realize that now; I got the rom from my calculator but still can't find an emulator that works.

I found a TI ROM torrent on the internet. IT's not hard to find. Yet, I've still yet to find a TI-84 emulator. I use Andie Graph, and a TI-83 ROM.

Where can I download the Roms?
I went to the market and got an emulator downloaded and got spyro the dragon, I haven't been able to open it. It downloaded as a rar file, I unzipped it and where do I put the folder?

if you're using FPSE (which is better, but not as user friendly), its basically the same thing; you'll need a BIOS file and you'll need to unECM your roms if needed
as for roms, I'm pretty sure that violates xda's TOS.

This is epic! And here is the original thread....
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1447157
You know what, this proves to me how easily people are fooled ... the term "Ported" usually means it actually RUNS on the device, what they have done here, is used the Unity 3D World browser to connect to a virtual client, the game is actually running on the remote machine, you can even "Host" , but it is on the remote machine .. So this is by no means a "Port", but they seem to have convinced people it is ....
Now I am by no means trying to take away from the accomplishment, but it is more of a web client, then it is a "port" , hence is why they have a browser based PC version that looks exactly the same ...
Just my personal opinion a "Port" should actually run on the device, not simply connect to another source to emulate it ...
s
good
my boy is playing it now and loves it. once you get past the little windows screen it aint that bad.
Do you just flash the zip in recovery mode?
No change the zip to .apk. I've only had one game so far, kicked ass and quit on me.

Just get it directly from the play store..
If you get it from google play its called critical strike portable not counter strike portable its free though and set up is easier to use than the leaked version.

but still have no bots..
Set it up in the menu when you start the game
Is this the same as Critical Strike?
I got the zelda game for my n64oid but it forces close all the time. Is there something i have to do for it to function properly or does it just not work??

Is your rom unzipped?
Sent from my LOOOOONG D710. YOU gon learn today!
Yeah i tried it zipped and extracting it but still no luck
Sent from my SPH-D710 using XDA App
Use EL26 and up. I havent had much problems with emulators on roms based on newer updates.
N64oid never had crashes because of the way it implemented soundpool. Gameboid and gbcoid had issues, as with many others.
On EL13, Samsung finally fixed soundpool and LoS.
I'd try a PAL version of zelda or vice versa. And make sure the rom is unzipped.

No problem! I haven't looked into emulators since the mt4g days and I noticed a lot of emulators and apps to find ROMs went missing from the market. Searched and came across that goldmine. very informative and they all run smoothly, the fpse works pretty well too. only played ff9 and castlevania sotn on it so far.. buttons are kind of hard so gonna look into the sixaxis controller soon.
btw i recommend the capcom and neogeo emulator. AWESOME!
Where can I download roms for these emulators?
Edit: NM just read your whole post..
I cant figure how to make the emulator work. I've d/l some csp2 roms and can't figure how to play them. Can someone give me a quick tutorial?

you can always check the original thread.
what i do is simply download the ROM launch the emulator, search for the ROM and play.
you have to choose the actual full sized games, some are considered as "CLONES" and don't work properly. the games are usually bigger than 5mb, if one is about 1MB then i suggest finding another.. and i think the ones with the letter "u" at the end are also clones, not exactly sure.
so...
1. download rom
2. launch emulator
3. search for downloaded rom
4. insert coin and start!
From what I've read our stock rom will not allow us to use the sixaxis or wii controllers. There is a problem with the stock Samsung bluetooth stack. We can flash a CM or ASOP rom which will change the stack. However, that also removes MHL functionality as far as I know.
I'm currently using FPSE and playing some old Final Fantasy VII. Also have snesoid going.
Have you tried http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=22260943

I have a working version of miuiv4 and you can leave it using team rouge recovery should I post it or not ?

Why not? Maybe you can help jafterdark and T.C.P over in the development forum. Have you seen their work yet? It's coming along nice.

I will upload later I'm going to add a few apps it is based off of their work I've been running all day with no problems I just like flashing on the go without having to use Odin

Maybe you can answer a question for me. Why can't I get WMA, music files to play on MIUI v4? Stock player or any other ones don't work. How has your experience been with MIUI overall on our phone?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
I haven't had any problems with the music players on this phone but I did have them on my photon never liked miui until v4 on the photon and ept4g
Sent from my SPH-D710 using XDA
Maybe those play correctly in your build. I never had that problem on GB MIUI. Do you have a wma encoded music file to try on yours?
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Yes I will try and post results later tonight
Sent from my SPH-D710 using XDA
ok here is my first build i have only tried this with team rouge recovery it is based off el29 if you flash and break your phone dont blame me
http://www.fileswap.com/dl/neWGAaz6cq/miuiv4_1.1.1.zip.html
I'll try it and let you know how it goes. Thanks.
Well, your version does work, but I don't see a lot of difference between this one and the one jafterdark and T.C.P had up. Maybe you can point out a few things to look out for.
BTW, WMA files work somewhat. The problem I think has to do with the way MIUI mounts the memory. I have 3700 songs on my SD and after the player finds them, it can play about 1 track per album, but then has trouble with the rest. I think it has something to do with the player not understanding the file system with the way MIUI interprets internal and external sd.
Not much difference besides no Odin but I'm going to try to work out the wma problem and add a few apps that the gx2 has that this doesn't
Sent from my SPH-D710 using XDA
I'm still running it. No real strong problems. I had to reverse internal and external memory mounts. The screen seems like it glitches a little less. Not sure if it's something you did, or just by chance.
Sent from my SPH-D710 using xda premium
Thanks I'll get the memory switched in the next build if you find anything else please post
