Got this book style leather case in the mail today from Joe V Leather. Not inexpensive, but I am very happy with it. Custom graphics don't cost any extra.
EDIT: I should note that the elastic that holds the Fire in place partially blocks the speakers, but I can still hear them fine. Most cases of this type probably have the same issue due to the placement of the speakers on the Fire.

Fire shoud be equiped with some docking, just like Kindle 3. This elastic stripes not looks so good.
So I few months back I finally got a case from Joe V Leather and my god its a thing of beauty. Sent my design to him (the White Tree of Gondor) and it came a few weeks later. A great cover for my Kindle Fire indeed.

It seems like only the 70 and 101's are getting all the attention. However, I do understand that it seems most have the bigger screens.
If anyone has a recommendation for the smaller models, please do tell! Mines is getting scratched quite badly due to my forgetful placement of keys and tablets.

Cut off the top part of a thick sock, turn it inside out, sew the cut off end close, turn it back right side in, add velcro or elastic. im horrible at explaining but it makes kind of a soft cloth pocket. i did it for all my pmp and my cliq.

Having a Nilkin barely there case already, I quite like the idea and would like to find a "wallet" that can hold my phone with the case on, and some credit cards.
The idea is to avoid going to business meetings holding a phone, a wallet, a laptop, a namecard holder. I also think it's pretty cool to show off that a phone can fit into such a wallet.
I tried the original samsung leather pouch, but it's such a tight fit for the phone with a case on, that it's impossible to use any other of its pockets.
However, I've no idea how I can order or buy from the above site, so would like to pool everyone here for suggestions on alternatives.
Any suggestions on pouches/wallets or manufacturers that I may look at?
Currently thinking of even looking at Prada's lady long wallets (that looks more masculine)..
I've always kind of been intrigued by the idea of a phone wallet too, but they always end up looking a lot like a clutch purse, like here, or put the card holders in the back, which blocks the camera.
it looks nice but i will probably drop the phone while getting out the cash.

I have the SGP illuzion and I love it.
That case looks perfect. Exactly what I was looking for: wallet case, fits a few cards, corners of the phone are protected, and nice colour options. Having the same problem as you finding them anywhere for a reasonable price.
Right now I'm using my phone naked and in 4 days of use it already has a tiny scratch right in the middle of the back cover. Really needing to pull the trigger and get a case on it ASAP!

It fits great almost too good kind of a pain to take the phone out of it, it's extremely slim.
Only one Gripe about it is the top and bottom only go a part of the way up the phone, and the headphone port is sharp, I feel they should of rounded off those edges and corners
I have been looking for exactly like this. But the durability is a little concern, feel free to post some updates that how it lasts.

As you can see from the photos, the clasp should provide stability in landscape presentation mode and protection while carrying the tablet. I originally bought Nillkin's V-Series case for myself and, as others have noted, liked the form factor and the reliability of sleep/wake mode but was disappointed that the cover didn't stay closed. The Dream Series case, while a tad ornate, seems to address that issue. .
I'm excited because this is the first time I've actually seen the Dream case offered on Amazon. I've been watching it on Nillkin's site for the past few weeks, but had only ever seen it for sale on Ali Express and the Chinese version of eBay.
I bought the black and white version because that's the color scheme my grillfiend will probably like best. I doubt the case will arrive for the next few weeks, but I'll take photos once it does.

Looks really nice man, would be very interested in something like that for myself if it weren't so ornate as you stated... I like the design of the stand, most of these notebook style cases fold into a tiny wobbly triangle at the base rather than what is pictured above...
