It's been quite awhile since the Galaxy Nexus has been released. Why hasn't Samsung released the dock(s) yet? Does anyone know when they're expected to be available?
there's already a thread about this.
Samsung released a dock, but it does not have the 3-pin connector. No one know when or if they will actually release one for the verizon version.

i have no problems with the post but i highly doubt anyone would trade like that. u may be better off putting ur phone on ebay and getting one from there as well.
You should put this on xda marketplace.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1321
You are looking to trade different network phones so it will be a tough trade. But you may get some interest in the marketplace depending on how much cash you will add.

Farewell to Nexus One
I am looking for new phone, and I am interested with Galaxy Nexus, as I am a Nexus fanboy.
So, how is Galaxy Nexus so far? How big the upgrade if compared to N1? I don't read any reviews about it yet, and I want to hear some small opinion or review from xda members.
Thanks a lot.
A giant upgrade!

Use the search feature and read existing reviews with 10+ pages. Its a lot more efficient than starting a thread.
You'll get a lot of biased posts as well since...well..you are in the Galaxy Nexus forum.
Its $350 without a contract. I think that's a steal. Get it.

Get the GNex. You'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.
Its the best phone out there.

I went from a G1 to N1 to NS to GNex... Each phone has been better than the last.
It's a huge jump from the N1 to the GNex, don't wait any longer.

I had the nexus one and loved it, but switching to the galaxy nexus was the best thing, don't know how I used the screen on the nexus one its tiny, plus you get faster radios, way better camera, a ffc and you can actually play games without the multi touch crapping out or being limited by the Adreno 200 GPU. And last but not least you get [email protected][email protected]!.
Get the galaxy nexus and you won't look back.

Nexus gives you wings?
.. but yeah, N1 to a GN is a HUGE upgrade. Any phone of this generation will be a huge upgrade. A caution of word though, after using Galaxy Nexus... your N1 screen will look like a joke. At least that's what GN did to me to any phone with a screen smaller than 4.5"
Hell, I went from the HTC One X to the GNex and it felt like a massive upgrade. I couldn't imagine going from N1 to GN. Do eeeet.
Get the GN and no mistake.
I'd changed my GN only with the next GN.
A big upgrade that's for sure.

Just use the open VPN for android off the market and you don't need to worry about tun. Just import your openvpn profile. Its nice app as you don't need root. It works on stock.

so the news are that the galaxy s2 is getting an official update
the gs2...not the epic 4g touch, not the sky rocket, only the gs2
so my guess is that is getting BOTH versions?
or only the skyrocket?
i am a little confused can someone tell me?
i really love JB, and with touchwiz it would be simply awesome!

international gs2? lol just saying..

Yeah. When Samsung says they are pushing an official update to the Galaxy S II. They always push the update to the international variant first.
This is good news for us as well, if the international S2 is getting an official update, that means Samsung is actively developing for the US variants as well. Since we have an Exynos processor just like the international... we should be next in line.

Why would the S4 come with an S-pen? The Galaxy S line has never used a pen. That's why the Note has one... if they included a pen with the S4 there would be nothing that sets the Note apart from the crowd.

I know this and i know it wouldnt be a good thing for samsung to do this since it would lower the amount of buyers for the note. I was hoping it did come with one though.. Also theres the Spen for the note but they also made a Cpen that works on the sgs3 and hoping something like that works with it.

They have a generic stylus that works with any capacitive touchscreen, not the same functionality as the s pen by a long shot.

Re: Tracking the s4 new update 2/23
You don't know for sure that they're using a qualcomm chip instead of exynos, you might why to edit the op to say that it's just speculation. And that would be suicide,I would not buy the s4 if it didn't come with exynos

There will be an announcement for it is on March the 14th, not a release unless that means instant release for most international gsm carriers. As far as release date for usa sales, who knows when that will be be plus we all know sprint users will be getting it on a delayed release.

I know.but i have read earlier somewhere that it will be released by google. So it will get all the updates. So basically it is another nexus without the name cause google have already released the nexus last year november
Still not relevant.
First off, thats a render. Something anyone can do in Photoshop. So dont get too excited. Second, that may not be a "Nexus" device. Google bought Motorola a while ago and was rumored to be making a phone with them. It May or may not be the next nexus. Bottom line, no one knows what will be announced at Google I/O. So no one here can actually advise you on wether to wait or not.
I'm in the same boat. Personally I will wait till the next Nexus phone. It's just not worthy it to buy an soon to be outdated phone right now.
