and that Cm7.2 RC1 support it?
Dont know, not much roms are based on arab firmware, and i guess europe roms dont have it

Sucks that the world knows sow many languages.. Maybe a better question is how to ad you're language file to a installed rom..?
Can i just edit the language settings file and drop in the language file in the right folder? Maybe someone hase a signed installer for languages?
CM and AOSP ROMs usually have a lot of languages included.
Otherwise adding a new language involves editing every relevant apk and jar with apktool. Lots of work involved.
As far as Arabic support goes, is the Gio sold by carriers in Arabic-speaking countries? Try getting one of those stock ROMs.

in my country (israel) we have the israeli rom from "newpan" company .
but I prefer a XDA cooked Rom.
What I need is the language issue.
Here is the ROM + Hebrew file updates the language,
emphasis the (hebrew) dialer actually missing...
The problem they have committed a form of protection install
by the IMEI of the device, so devices Not purchased through them
can not update this file ...
Can remove the protection?? or at least extract the files of hebrew dialer support my language (Hebrew)?

My droid incredible is currently rooted and I have used Nils Business GingerSense which has languages other than English and Spanish like French or Italian. Are there any roms that have numerous other languages? I read that a number of rom developers remove the language features in the interest of memory but there must be another rom with multi language support?

What kind of languages are you looking for? What you heard is correct, most devs remove other languages for space reasons.
I am actually looking for a ROM that has Russian as a language choice. I just realized that Cyanogenmod 7 also has multi language support but I should clarify that I am looking for a Sense ROM. Is there an add on that I could flash Russian to a stable Sense ROM so that all of the menu items are in that language?

I haven't been stock in so long, does it have Russian to choose from? My guess is that if the Incredible didn't come with Russian, it's probably not ported to be in Russian especially because this phone is only available in the US.
That is what I thought at first too when I rooted but Nils Business GingerSense and Cyanogenmod 7 ROMs were able to get Russian among many other languages to be used for the menu items of the phone(not just English and Spanish that is limited to the stock). I know the developers remove the language but I wonder if can provide the option to add them back or maybe a particular language back?

Any of the stock 4.67 roms that are not using tommytomatoe's optimized base (he removes the additional languages to greatly optimize the system) should have Spanish language support. For instance, my ROM (see sig) supports Spanish language in the GUI in it's current version, but that is subject to change in the upcoming release as I've started ripping out most additional languages from many apk files in /system/app/ to further optimize the ROM.

Thank you for the quick response, will i have(if you know) any issues with this rom as my phone is flashed to cricket service? the phone is for my mom and she requires spanish support,
I will back up my current rom now and try it out but any advice is appreciated, trying it out now!!
As i know for all Samsung - AT&T Android phones i had (Captivate and Infuse) There is only several languages, like English and Spanish. Can anybody confirm that in S3 we have other languages (I need Russian) available through MoreLocale2 for example. I think languages are stored somewhere in framework.. I want to get S3 from AT&T cause i want 2GB of RAM.

As far as russifying whole ROM - porbably need CM9 or CM10 ROM.
As far as typing and seeing Russian - my ROM has generic Android Keyboard, where you can add any languages.
Also there is MultiLing keyboard on Market.

It only has 7 languages available. I'm also looking for Turkish language. Is there any way to add more languages to stock Rom AT&T?

I was browaing through the kernel sources of htc dev qnd i filtered it by region and set it to israel and it didnt find anything so that it mean that htc havent made a hebrew rom yet?

I can't find anything about Hebrew language for ICS but I heard lot of good things about AnySoftKeyboard for which is hebrew language pack. It's free, so you can try it...

i really appriciate it but i need a hebrew UI so all the rom needs to be in hebrew (its not that i dont know english its just easier to me).

There's currently no Hebrew language support from HTC.
