for my day to day use, i still havent find any advantage over 4s.
but found sth thats better on 4s:
i have an SGN and my wife an iphone 4s so i can compare directly
and i must say that the keyboard is WAY more precise in the iphone allthough the display and the keys are smaller.
but at least thats all ;-)
bye

Drop it in a giant pile of dog...
Or download espier launcher.
There are a couple in the market. Just search iOS

I don't understand... the one on the left is a Windows phone, the one on the right is a Samsung phone with a bunch of icons huddled together at the bottom... Which are you asking about?

This isn't the launcher that's found in the play store. The video shows a brand new launcher that miui is releasing.

Could be but they are showing it off on a mi one with no refrence to mi 2 and also it says free in the title
According to Hoppermi, miui v4.1 is almost here. So this could be an ad for that.. I don't really care how it looks, it needs to work.

It's called "Free Launcher" not free "MIUI Launcher", though it's probably going to be free. It is released together with their new phone "MI-TWO", which costs around $310 with a qualcomm qual core S4 CPU. The launcher will also be put in the latest GN 4.1 miui release.
When miui 4.1 drops that's where I'll be for awhile. I had it on my ego 4g, nexus s 4g, galaxy s II and my galaxy nexus...

I hope it wont be a toy to spent 5mins then uninstall. But the idea looks great! Waiting for MIUI to push update.

Haha for the first 30 seconds of the video it kinda looks like how iPhone does it. I was playing with a friends 4s and that bottom bar with the recent apps on it looks pretty much the same.
Now having 2 different apps open & on the screen at the exact same time.....wow. That's awesome and I hope we can get it too!
It is sad that Cornerstone did not take off. I loved it on my HP Touchpad. Being able to run three apps at the same time was just so awesome.

I like dark ones but here's some I've been using lately... never posted pictures before but i think the quality will be compressed...
For the first one, I increased the contrast and black levels to make it look better and save some battery... last one is from the LG optimus 4X. You gotta try it on that super amoled screen

What launcher is everyone using? I've been on nova since I got this phone. Just looking for some alternatives. Thanks
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using xda premium
I've used Holo, apex, bought nova prime.. All worked well, but for the most part they all worked and looked the same.. I tried go launcher and some others and found them laggy and buggy.
Then I stumbled upon atom launcher..
What a wonderful launcher.. Very quick, it's never fced on me, and offers some unique features and launcher experience.. I would highly recommend that every give it a try.

Apex Launcher, apart from the half day when it wasn't working after Android 4.2 was released, it never crashed on me and it is also really fast
I have been using action launcher pretty cool

Imho Nova is the best. If you don't want FC's just do not upgrade it to betas. Although for me even betas has been super stable.

Nova. Version 2 beta was just released and our includes a ton of new features.

Used Apex Launcher and switched to Nova Launcher when Nova Prime was on sale. Switched to that and pretty satisfied. Overall, I don't think you can go wrong with apex or nova.
