Wow that's pretty awesome
Way better than rogers/telus/bell
Can't wait till Mobilicity has these speeds, they run the same frequencies

I'm not allowed to post an image yet, but my fastest download speed was 6712 kbps and 3518 kbps upload.
This was tested with full signal bars in Montreal. The test was made using the UGKL1 baseband. I did a previous test with the XXKK6 baseband and results were quite the same.
I noticed you're using a different baseband. How is your reception overall? How about in the south shore? I get a very poor to none signal in the south shore and even inside basement in the Montréal area.

UGKK7 is doing well... give it a try... Maybe you should call Videotron to explain the poor reception in the south shore?

i flashed the new UGLA4. speed still the same.

whoa!
whoa! Impressive I'm on the fido network and the most I've ever gotten is 9Mbps but then a gain it makes perfect sense the more people on the network the lower the speeds. My data speed on fido is faster than on the bell network and videotron smokes both... but then again it has the least subscribers, my guess is, correct me if I'm wrong, the have their own antennas as well.

Sprint Gnex downloading issues

My phone has absolutely terrible down connection speeds on 3g. Regardless of ROM signal strength kernel prl modem and I even did ODIN back to stock. I'm not sure what's going on, think my device is defective? Upload speeds are normal. 3g down speeds are > 70kbps
Welcome to sprint my friend. I'm getting similar results here in central Texas.

Well then it "could" be the radios. If so you could try flashing these radios : Sprint Galaxy Nexus FC12 and FD02 Radios The FD02 are the latests and these are fixed radios. Im gettting .50 mbps now... which is not bad I just expierenced an outage not too long ago... so i expect pretty slow speeds. Anyways you can give these a shot and see if they help any. Afterward update your profile, turn off the phone for a minute and then reboot it.
I am having same issue in Puerto Rico, where 3g is slow to begin with, but my Evo ok compared to Gnex , i tried all the radios mentioned is still nothing, best results were with Fc12 Radios, still have a ping of about 700-1000 , dl speed of 120kbps . with FD02 radios it was over 2000ms and 60-80kbps.
That's about what I'm getting.
Tried using fixed radios, still no luck. I was going to reprovision but I'm using AOKP and I guess they don't include dial code tools..

This is what my results are in a speedtest. Any other ideas?

4g lte is live in the Chicago suburbs!!!!

Well, we've been seeing it for about a month, but its been real spotty. Good speeds, but spotty. Yesterday I finally got it at my house. I usually grab it for a little while on the way home from work, but it cuts out. Round trip from home to work for me is about 75 miles. From New Lennox to North Aroura. I've had good late since I left this morning, all afternoon in naperville, and even inside buildings. Finally my gnex will fly w/out WiFi! Thanks sprint!!! Better late than never!
I'll post some pics w speed test results on my lunch.

I get really good speeds in Joliet on VZW's LTE too. My cousins live there and I visit a few times a year.

3G speed of Galaxy Note 2 (3g version)

Dear all,
I have searched through many posts of Galaxy note 2 forum but could not find a real life experience on how fast the 3g version (HSPDA+) of Galaxy Note 2 could provide.
Could anyone post the speedtest result? Or point me to the related posts. Thanks very much.
Hi my galaxy note 2 is on vodaphone I get a decent signal where I live. As far as im aware theres 3g and also H+ (hsdpa also known as 3.5g) im in a H+ enabled area at home and as you can see from the screen shot its good enough to enjoy the web. In just a 3g area I would get about a quarter of that speed.

Help. Post your HSPA+ speeds

Hey guys.
Can you guys help me out. If you have seen my other thread I am getting awful hspa+ (4g non lte) speeds. I thought it was just my phone as I would put my sim into my gs2 and it would improve by a factor of 15. However my mom just got a iphone 5 and says that since than her hspa+ speeds were in the ****ter as well.
So now my thought is that it is a problem with the chipset found in our phones and not being able to handle hspa+ effectively.
ANYWAY where im going with this is I was hoping to get a better sense of others speeds in 4g, not LTE areas with AT&T. If you could help and use speedtest to test your speed without wireless on and post your download and upload speeds.
Thanks in advance
My ugly speeds today. Non LTE.

I get anywhere from 3-9 here in Farmington about an hour south of St Louis, MO. That is pretty consistent with all of my other phones too

Ok Im glad to see others are doing well. I get on an up day ONLY 500KB/s, not even 1MB/s! for download and about the same if not a bit more on upload. I guess I will go to a store and try my sim in one of their phones.
Only down side is there is no store in my area so I have to wait to go back to my parents for winter break. Sigh, first world problems

N7100 vs N7105 HSDPA+

I am not sure if I misread something last time that HSDPA+ on N7100 is slower than that on the N7105 ? Is this true? I can't seem to find info on google...
I believe it's called DC-HSPA+ Here's evidence from my device:

And if you're from the UK, hardly anywhere has LTE signal yet. Ridiculously over-priced, capped data. Three(3)s DC-HSDPA+ network is incredible like the guy says above this post. I strongly recommend it. I regularly get 8Mbs which is faster than many home broadband connections....
Don't be sold by adverts - do your research and save yourself a lot of money
yeah I bought an N7105 from orange network... £499 it comes with a free decent headphone... then I unlocked it and now using 3UK with unlimited internet... the signal is all over the place though, and I used to get a maximum 6mbps... but after I upgraded to 4.1.2, the data download went up to as high as 12mbps but its sporadic... still observing everything for now
edit: I bought the LTE version for future proofing, as I intend to keep the phone for at least 3 years...... that is if I don't get "upgrade-itis" because I am a sufferer...
I also have the 7105 LTE. Without LTE activated, my speed earlier today was:
That was my fastest to date with any device (Dell Venue, several different Blackberries, Samsung Jack, and Galaxy S III).

Yes, it's true. The N7105 supports 42Mbps Dual Carrier HSPA+ (As well as LTE), whereas the N7100 only supports HSPA+ up to 21Mbps.
