Dear all,
I have an issue with my Arc. It won't detect my original headphone with mic that comes with Arc. Until I plugged in and out after 3,4 times, only it is connected.
After using, I plugged out my earphone, I can't hear any voice after I received the call, unless I use speakerphone.
Has anyone encounter such an issue before?

I am in serious trouble....
I dropped my xda exec and now the speaker and mic had gone....
The phone can still sound for an incoming call but when you play WM.
I can use my wired headset to make and receive calls.
However, for BT headset (which I prefer to use) always has a problem of disconnection after 10 seconds. In the past, when the phone is ok, no such problem to me...I am using the Jabra 250v.

does somebody also face the problem that the microphone of the wired headset doesn't work? When the headset is plugged in, the speakers of the headset work but not the microphone (and also the button of the headset doesn't work). The only microphone which works is the one from the device.
Is there a workaround or something to fix this problem?
I already bought a new headset but it still isn't working.
I also tried different .sbfs and different nightlies of cm7.

I'm facing an issue with my note 2 since a few weeks.
When i plug in a headset with mic to make a call, the sound isn't redirected through the headset, it remains on the phone speaker.
This is quite annoying and it used tk work perfectly. I noticed that during the call when i plug in/plug out the headset, the sound goes tbrough the headset , but only for like 1 sec, then back to speaker.
I've tried with 2 diff headsets.
FYI, during music and vid playing, the sound goes though the headsets. Really odd issue.
i also face the issue that when i activate the BT, and try to stream the music to a BT device, the sound goes back to the speaker.
It used to work also but not anymore. Its not a pairing issue, i've tried many times.
I guess both issues are connected. Any help to solve those problems would be appreciated.

I'm having a problem with the sound of my Xperia S.
When I was using the openSEMC-U, my phone began to take issue with the earphone and speaker.
If I was with the headset plugged in and wanted to use the earphone without, I had to restart the phone because it does not recognize that I took the earphone.
And if I had no earphone and wanted to use it I had to reboot the phone for him to recognize the earphone.
But then I changed my ROM (tested based on various stock sony) worsened the problem, since now even restarting the phone fails to recognize the earphone. The cell is like I'm always with the earphone plugged.
Any idea how to force the exchange (internal sound - phone)??

Hello guys. Lately I've experienced some problems with my headset because my calls are working on speaker only. I didn't damage it or something, it didn't fell on water but it just stopped working. At the begginig it started sending notifications that I plugged headphones even though I did not put my headphones. When i plug in the headphones they work but the headset doesn't work. Is there a solution to this problem?
