Quadrant now supports Multi-core plones - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Try it and post your scores with your kernel and rom

My total score was 1504, which shows to be much lower than the Samsung Galaxy Nexus benchmark. Biggest difference was in my CPU score of 3193 which looks to be about half of the benchmark reference. What's up with that?

I'm not really a fan of Quadrant, hopefully there will be more updates where this one came from.

To bad we didn't already have a thread about this...

Miui & Franco kernel

I'm wanting to use miui and the Franco kernel. Are they compatible? Also, does the latest miui version support the high resolution on the gnex?

All kernels and roms are compatible on the Galaxy Nexus. Yes, MIUI has a version for the Galaxy Nexus.
Thanks man.

This alcatel 983 and yezz andy 4.0 have the same cpu can we get any thing from those
Sent from my GT-S5360 using xda app-developers app
i think we cant? as i've read
how it is similar with y? i can see everything is different
Nope. There isn't any way. The CPU isn't same, and if it had been, then also there wouldn't have been any way, because the source isn't in our hands yet.
its not a exynos
Its sort of useless... We need a device running ics or jb?

How do you keep your galaxy Nexus fast and smooth?

This should still be a pretty sharp phone with today's standards.
But every time I put a new rom on it it stays smooth only for a week, sometimes just a couple of days. then it starts to take quite some time to load apps and in general do anything at all,
But as I said, despite a full wipe and everything my phone feels snappy for a few days only.
And the force gpu rendering I have tested has made the phone slower since jelly bean than with it disabled.

Battery friendly launcher

Currently I'm using apex on All Star ROM v7 but I noticed it uses a lot of battery.
What launcher do you use?

The lightest launcher out there.
Lightning Launcher. It's only 192 kilobytes. Just don't expect it to be heavy on features.
