{ROM} [Sprint][CDMA][EXT4] Samsung Galaxy Tab (SPH-P100) 1n1tia|C0ntact_V_1_6

Alright all you XDA SGT users I humbly submit my custom ROM!
This is the first release of the AlienInc Roms rightly named 1n1tia|C0ntact. Inside you will find themed UI, wallpaper (please note the new live wallpaper "Node Battle"), some of my favorite apks, debloated and ready to roll. Oh yeah you will also notice in the screen shots the Over Clocked/Under Volted kernel. I baked in a super stable and very snappy kernel built by Rodderik called LiquidTab. I'm very sure you will enjoy that!

Up to 1.2GHz Overclock/undervolt support with Voodoo Support (use voltage control baked in ROM or DL from market)

Ok so here's the lowdown:
1)visit Rodderik's thread and get your tab in flashing order LINK: [SPRINT][CDMA]Samsung Galaxy Tab (SPH-P100) Mega Development Starter Thread - best case scenario would be to walk through his thread completely first then flash my ROM over top. I recommend you convert to EXT4 to get your speed on
2) download my ROM Mirror or MAIN DOWNLOAD
3) flash via your newly installed CWM
a) you know the drill on the 2 finger boot into recovery(volume up and power; hold volume up until you see CWM).
b) wipe cache x3, wipe data x3, wipe dalvik cache x3 ( no reason to worry about losing any info because you just followed Rodderik's install process, right?)
c) select install zip from sd and choose the file
4) ROM will reboot and you will be off to a fresh start
5) tell your friends about how fun and fast this ROM is
ENJOY!

Heyy no worries. it flashed with success. Will be reporting back after a few hours. So far, so good. My real test consists of opening PDFs and other ebooks.

I did...or so i think i did, via option 2 on the prereq page (Mega starter etc etc).
I ended up using the kernel with EXT4 and CWM. I checked to see if CWM was installed, which it was...so as far as EXT4 being converted, would their be a real test or for me to know for sure?

So if you read through this post you will see the cwm flashable conversion tools. You can do it anytime. You will notice a difference. Things will be noticably snappy.

Ahh don't worry. After I remanded everything came up.
Ext4 =snappy & launcher pro prompt came up.
It threw me off, as your screen shot looked like mine initially, but now launcher pro came up

I've never tried it on a verizon tab, but I've heard you can flash cdma roms across those carriers. 3g works on sprint on this rom. If you flash it on your verizon the 3g won't work, your tab will be wifi only. Again, I've not tested it personally. Give it a shot and report back to us if you want.

[THEME]BlackandSilverJuggs2 for Juggernaut5.0

Well after a long Hiatus heres a theme I put together with dillym34. I would like to thank him for his help and for letting me use some of his theme as a base for mine make sure you thank him. You guys know the drill, I am not responsible if your phone blows up, catches fire, causes a divorce or bangs your woman. I am responsible for hopefully making your phone badass. The clock I used is Beautiful widgets Obsidian and the weather skin is grey skull. I will also include a zip of the icons I used and you can set them with your preferred launcher. To get the skin in the pics for mms, go into mms settings and select mono. Dont worry if the preview pic in settings is different trust me its the one you want. I will be making versions for all current roms but I just had back surgery and its taking longer to get these done so please be patient ill get them up. So with that being said I hope you guys enjoy.
Instruction.
download theme,
wipe cache.
wipe dalvik.
flash theme,
fix permissions,
reboot and enjoy!

Flashed per instructions. But lost ability to use wiring calling....getting similar card error but I have new similar was working fine before theme also on reboot phone

Ill fix it. I put the wrong phone apk in I dont use wifi calling so I use an older version. Give me a bit and ill get it up.

This looks gorgeous! Would love to see it in black and silver with some blue accents. Too bad I'm using darkside because I would be using this theme.

Battery Drain.
I dunno why but after flashing I get horrible battery life after. I'm on Juggs 5.0. I usually get 12hrs with moderate use. After flashing I was getting about 6 hours. I flashed back to stock and get regular battery life again.

Thanks for this theme guys, it's still alive in the next generation.

Because it's touch wiz and I love touchwiz seriously. Plus I can pinch to zoom out with the Samsung one where as the crappy stock one u can't also the aestheics and also has split screen mode. Some people actually like oem skins don't think we all automatically love stock cuz its pure android. Yea stock is nice but it lacks features in some areas
Also not doing any modding just trying to install a simple apk but the stupid things is not letting me. Also for some reason in cwm or through rom manager its not letting me fix the permissions its says "there was a problem running the command" or something like that.. Weird

i think i know why it wasnt sticking cuz i was trying to set up both email apps stock and samsung for the same account. i flashed a new rom that had the stock samsung email and i set it up was working then cleared everything and got the stock ics working but then i couldnt set up the samsung one it did the same as my old rom where it opened and immediately just closed. im an idiot i didnt know it wouldnt let u pull emails from one account with 2 email apps . also my permissions are working again

btw the only app that was able to sync with my corporate exchange server was the stock ics mail app for samsung

Jelly Bean .qmg bootanimaitons! I got this.

Firstly , these are for Jelly Bean . Any one who's kept up with my work here on xda knows that I'm a huge fan of boot animations. So when I heard that Jelly Bean couldn't have boot animations, I said.. wanna make a bet? As the old proverbial saying goes.. If you can't beat em.. join em. Samsung threw down their douche card and started using a corporate format to compile boot animations called QMG format. After researching it on the web for some time I found that the software to compress these bootanimations is highly expensive and guarded. So for now until I can find a copy of Qmage ( the program used to compile these boot animations) We are gonna have to stick with some "stock" bootanimations.. But... That doesn't mean that there aren't some MUCH better boot animations out there for some other phones . Like the droid series for example have a lot of really cool boot animations. I'm uploading a few .qmg boot animations here. Obviously I didn't make these, they come from corporate, but they are hella better than the stock E4GT "4g" boot animation and crappy bell tones. I've repacked them in a flashable zip that works on our JELLY BEAN leaks. If anyone has a stock .qmg boot animation from another phone (other than the e4gt) please either pm me or post a link to them here. I would like to get as big of a collection as possible.. I'm only gonna post a few that we havn't seen on this device yet.
Directions​
If you're on a STOCK JB kernel... Mobile Odin Agat's FK23 repack and flash the boot animation
If youre on Agats Kernel just boot into recovery and flash .. NO NEED to wipe ANYTHING for a boot animation.
If the boot sound doesn't work or stays the same as the stock e4gt boot sound... pull the PowerOn.ogg from the zip.. and push it with a file explorer to /system/media/ui. Reset the permissions to everything else in that folder Reboot and Enjoy!!
1. Droid_Charge_Boot_Animation
2.Samsung_Vibrant_Boot_Animation.. (same as international S3)
3.Samsung_Galaxy_S_Georgio_Armani
I have a few more.. but they are basically the same or just plain lame. Lemme know how you like these

I'm sure that you can. . But I write the updater script and file path to work with this device. If you know where the bootsamsung.qmg is on your phone then unzip the file and push the files with a file explorer to the correct directory for you phone. Make sure u set the permissions correctly and it should work.

Just like in the op.. and those permissions were correct the second time. Had u pushed to /system/media/ui and rebooted ud be in business. . That's ok.. im making a black beta themed swype.. .. I can make some audio zipz at the same time.

Edit: Umm, everyone else flash at your own risk. The installer script on these were originally written for ICS file system so they may not work and I don't want to break anyone's ROM.

Gonna keep it quick and simple. no flashy thread. This is called Green Dream ROM for the Epic 4G Touch(SPRINT). It is based off of the latest Jelly Bean leak GA10.

About the ROM
This is as you know GA10 JB leak based. Kobridge is the man with deoxded. What is include in detail:
Nova launcher-------Need to set up green theme. (Nova settings, launcher theme green.....use stock JB icons)
Flip font pack---------settings/display/font and select what you like.
*Most of the bloat has been removed*
other apps
titanium backup
ES file explorer
DSP manager
1-100% green android guy battery mod
Green wifi and radio signals drawn by hand
Green themed icons
Hand drawn lockscreen wallpaper
Ink effect by TDunham-----your the man
Host file for ad blocking-----Set permissions to 0777 (rwxrwxrwx) and reboot to enable
Other stuff I just can't remember ATM.
*Known issues*
(minor)
Ink effect messes up the lock screen wallpaper.
Reapply the lock screen wallpaper with the #5 image in the screen shots.

Make sure you have a JB modem
Flash EL29 direct boot kernel
Run JB wipe all 2X script
Or manually wipe cache, delvik cache, data/factory reset
(Installing ROM will wipe system and /preload folder)
Install ROM
Reboot and set everything up

As for anyone popping in curious so far ROM installed no issue ..
one thing .. I think it said from the Gothic Fonts package status bar messages/ads from android armor as Play store started restoring my apps, not a major issue just a heads up to anyone installing it seems to go away if you open one and say no thanks

Yeah I had that issue when I added it into The Dark Angel Rises. With the play store restoring everything, I think its a Google back up/restore thing. happens to me with FL16 and GA10.

Had it happen to me on Jellyverse, no biggie. Was saying earlier in Kobridges thread, when devs come together we all benefit. Really is a beautiful thing. g_ding you are the man, thanx for lending your assistance. Been rooting for droidmodder to make it happen. Theres a lot less Devs down with the E4GT and we should be grateful. Thank all ya's

Looks like pretty well. Just a few things need to be worked on IMO
