Splashtop HD? - Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Anyone know why this doesn't work? Works fine on my Transformer Prime but doesn't show up in the market for my Nexus. I pulled the apk and it installed but didn't let me open it and didn't show up on my apps page ?

You have to use the non HD version on phones. The HD version is for tablets.

Isn't The HD version of splashtop for tablets only?I think you have to purchase the other normal version meant for all phones. Just look up Splashtop and you'll see it.

Thanks, didn't know HD was tablet only.

Samsung Apps

Does anybody have any idea when the Samsung apps like Samsung remote will be updated so they work on the GN ?
Thanks Ross

Probably not until the next version of Samsung's TouchWiz comes out with ICS on their other devices. Otherwise they have no incentive to update them to work on ICS because they won't have any devices running it.
Samsung isn't in charge of the apps on this device.
If I managed to get the apk for the app do you think it would work ?

Sure you could try but theres no guarantee it works as it should.
But like I said above you're never going to get these apps officially supported on these devices. The software comes from Google, not Samsung (unlike a SGSII, for example, which gets TouchWiz).
You can download samsung remote free from market

You can't if you are running ics it does not appear. If someone has a link to the apk that would be brilliant

Most of those Samsung apps require touchwiz, thus will FC out of the box.

This app can't require touchwiz I used to have it on my Desire HD

Not all, I was referring to the replacement apps that come bundled with touchwiz and some of the additional apps included.

I'm using SammyGo Remote now. Not as pretty as the official Samsung app I used before, but it does the job

NFL Rivals

Well I bought this online in the market, but I can't get it to download to my phone. Any ideas? I have tried chainfire but it still doesn't show up in the market.

I just did the same, it only shows my HP Touchpad as a compatible device. Not the ET4G, HTC Evo, HTC Evo 3D, HTC Hero, or LG Optimus S
Yeah its really weird. Not compatible with my EVO 4G, the E4GT or my ASUS Transformer. :-(

It works on my Asus Iconia A500.
Just an FYI if you can download from another device you own and back up using Titanium it does in fact work on our devices. I just tried it.
Ya, but will it attach to the market for updates?

Works on mine and I downloaded it straight from the market. Completely ignores my touchpad though lol

No it will not. They're forcing legit buyers to turn to warez. Practically every game I've bought from them is no longer compatible with my SGS2.

Firefox Beta latest update

The description says it now supports tablets, but then says Flash support only works on the phone version.
Could anyone who's updated confirm if Flash still works for full screen videos on the Nexus 7? Still have xscope but would rather not take chances. Thanks!

still works
Agreed still works. Additionally it seems like firefox speed has increased a little with this update.

I was wandering if it was possible to get a phone dialer widget like what the galaxy s iii and stellar has. But in apk form. I haven't found any good phone dialer widgets in the play store.

Has anyone use a moga Bluetooth controller yet?

Does it work well?
Sent from my SPH-L710 using xda premium
I've used the OUYA one, and it works fine. (Fine in terms of android standards...few games are optimized)
Anyone?
I have the original MOGA and the N7 doesn't fit in the clip but it works.
I have the smaller one but havent tried it yet. Pretty sure it works OK.

I used the plain-jane version of the MOGA controller to play some Max Payne and Shadowgun the other night. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't perfect either. I was never a huge fan of the MOGA, but it does work with the N7v2 just fine. I also have a Nyko controller that works a bit better (and without the MOGA software too!).
I use my Moga Pro daily, works great with the tab. I had the one before the small one and it sucks compared to the pro.

Alright, cool.
I have the Moga pocket. Waiting for my N7 to get here so I can play some Marvel vs Capcom on it.
Thanks for the responses guys.

Great! Just make sure you're rooted and using this app. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.obsidianx.android.mogaime
