well, that was a lot of things.
I am looking for R800i only this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1383030) suggests I should have .42 as I have the same problem.
I will try .42
I can try .62 if you will recommend that.
does not really matter which one you flash if you are trying to restore to default. the .62 is the latest one but .42 is the last official ota update version for r800i. anyway if would prefer the latest here you go. http://www.mediafire.com/?lojlw6bffm7alv1
Thank you very much,
Is Mutliupload down? cannot download this file ----multiupload.com/LQQBRQVJUD
Is the battery life better on the .42 or .62 build for the Xperia Play ?
Does anyone perchance have a backup of .42 UK?
I would be most grateful if someone could share it.
I recently upgraded my arc s to ICS beta. Since it has no bluetooth wifi or the android market, i want to downgrade it back to Gingerbread. Can some one please help? ps. stupid me did not make any backup before upgrading..
Thank You.
Have you tried the Official ICS yet? Maybe it will resolve some of the issues you were having.
If you really want to downgrade though, all you have to do is flash the respective ftf file using flashtool. You'll find lots of guides/resources for this in the development section.
I dd not try the official. where can i find it? i installed beta only.
thank you.

Generic Trade Central Europe 1 (2.3.4) (1254-2716)
india generic hardly matters as Central Europe i believe is the same as if u flash this via flash tools. then as the phone will start u will on top get the language "hindi" option aswell or india "english" .. you can root this, then update via wifi to .62 n u will still have root
if u have unlocked ur bootloader make sure u have locked it so u be able to update to .62 via wifi

how can I go back without any kinds of problems ???
And what is the stock kernal and from where can I get it ???
please any one know answer me ASAP
thanks
You can download an official firmware from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1330314
And use flashtool to flash it
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1000012
A .ftf package always comes with stock kernel, you don't need to install them separately
Thanks for your help
I was search for the stock kernal for along time and didn't know it included in the ftf file
thanks again
:good:
