I think Mario may have sent AndroidCentral down the garden path. I can't find any independent accounts of yakjuux rolling out.
Yakjuux, nothing so far...

What about us??

I have a feeling we won't the next update till mid march. I tried the 4.0.4 from on my last nexus that Verizon sent me. i didn't experience any bugs n I feel its ready for prime time. But when it comes to big v, I don't get my hopes up.
Isn't it up to Google and/or Samsung and not Verizon for this particular phone?

Its supposed to be. But lets not forget, our Verizon version came with pre installed bloat. So who knows.

The OTA is possibly pushing for the NS4G.
Chill the f*** out. Just because one phone gets an update doesn't mean others will the same day. Geez.
Really wish people would quit posting "OMG wherez mah updatez?" threads.

No. It's updated by Google but VZW has to approve it first.
OP we already have 4.0.4, why wait for OTA?

At some point Verizon is involved in the LTE version's OTAs. They have to add and test their closed-source CDMA and LTE network interfaces.

Meh mines still on 4.0.1 so i'm not holding my breath for an update soon
Why is Verizon testing holding up the GN GSM 4.0.5 or the Nexus S's (which they have no version of) 4.0.5?
Seems silly.
Someone needs to post it in order for me to believe it.

Really? Doors Exist? maybe that will stop the draught coming into my house.....what a great invention!! learn to spell properly, idiot.
I wonder how much time it'll take to see the update on our phones for real.
Just like last time...and every other... "this update fixes all the problems!"
I just want radios that don't suck terribly.
..
guess it will come when its ready.

You sure you got a Yakjuxw version ?
This morning I received the 4.0.4 OTA. I am on yakjuxw.
I hope that Samsung QA will prevent it from having all the bugs that google updates usually brings with every update

My theory is it will be available once they upload it to AOSP.
I don't know when the source will drop but a lot of little parts have already been pushed to source in expectation. The kernel is there as well I think... I'd expect source to drop late tomorrow.
Can't wait to flash the stock image.
Hoping to see it this month.
It will be out when it's out. Making dozens of treads won't make it appear any faster and just clutters the forums.

Hog wash, wasn't jellybean official with nexus 7 launch, then Sprint updates started within the first week or two of September, so that was what 2 months, honestly that's pretty Darn good timing.

An update that was a bugfix only, no software version.
In that regard, Verizon's version had an OTA the first day of launch.
:Launching with JB doesn't count as an update, LOL.
Yet, they both have been slow since. Nice try though.
Can't wait for the 4.2 update.
I think first the source codes will be uploaded to AOSP, and then the factory image will be pushed to google's website, and at the same time, the OTA will begin.

Meanwhile, Verizon will finish testing the 4.1.2 bug fix update for release by the end of November, and push out 4.2 by mid-January. I am really looking forward to my contract ending and the 2013 Nexus devices rolling out.
