CyanogenMod 9 Music!!!

It means it didn't install correctly, and that's because it was made for ics.

It says 4.0 devices

i havent seen anywhere that it says only for cm9. it says it will be in the market, accessible to most phones. this is the same apk that will be in the market i believe just released earlier
it also didnt install on my CM9 device...so maybe there is somethign wrong with it...or im missing somthing

My mistake, it does say only for devices running 4.0 not for CM9....typeo
I posted it because there are Devs that are testing 4.0 and CM9 that might want to test it out.

It's ONLY for ICS...which we don't have yet. So this is useless for the SGS2 at this very moment.
But am gonna be using it on my Xoom.

Why would you post this here if we don't have ICS or CM9?

I just said that some of the devs are testing 4.0 and cm9 and they might want to test it out.
If this is not helpful to anyone, devs feel free to remove it.

I am coming up to the release of my rom. I was looking to see if anybody was interested in seeing a new 4.0.4 with wifi calling rom... But its okay if nobody is looking for something new

This guy joined within 6 days and already knows about jalstudio... doesn't sound right.

My rule if thumb: don't trust any new dev that's been here less than a year. How can you develop and be into the custom android world and only have an xda account for such a short time?

DING DING DING!!! I just DTA, especially a new dev that releases a rom within the month he joined AND hasn't introduced himself or given any background info on who he is.

Ubuntu for tablets

This may be a stupid question which has a simple answer (no). But I thought I'd ask anyway.
When the ubuntu for tablets comes out on Thursday, will it be possible for Kindle Fire 2 users to flash it just like how cyanogenmod is flashed (TWRP) or the method described here? - https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Install
I'm guessing not, but worth a try.

I think the dual boot might be an issue as you would run out of space on the device. Must agree that Ubuntu tablet looks very cool and makes JB look slightly dated =-O

Actually, I came to this forum after taking a long break from modding specifically to see if anyone had taken a look at the tablet version of Ubuntu along with the Ubuntu phone code released a few days ago. I'm in the process of setting up a machine as my modding environment right now so I can poke around a bit with both as soon as I manage to locate a copy of the tablet os.

Holy crap. This is VERY possible. Canonical uses CM10 as their base for Android, so in theory any dual core device capable of running CM10 can run Ubuntu Touch Preview without much trouble. Tomorrow night, I'll give it a try and see if I can build it using their instructions and your CM-based rom (which is what I am already running on my KF2 anyway)

You should give more information. I doubt anybody wants to test anything on their new $700 Note 4 without knowing what you are working on and who developed it. Not to sound rude but you must give people more information as well as remember to type in you Hangouts username/email. I hope you have something nice in the works. thanks for the heads up on upcoming rom.

I think he meant to say dynamic kat and it is a rom on the note 4 for t-mobile i think. I tried porting it over also. How about some details on what you think is working and what isn't. Did you also get the developers permission? I am not on hangouts but you can send me a pm. I'll have 2 note 4's till the end of the week when i have to return 1, so i don't mind throwing something on it.

Everywhere you post your typos are painful. Slow down and take the time to correct your crap, especially starting a new thread. If you just asked Brian from dynamic he would more than likely help instead of you just doing your thing. How's that aosp you supposedly have going on.?

As @jdidtht mentioned, I would have helped anyone that was serious about trying to bring this over.
Being as how you cannot spell the name correctly, I cannot take what you doing here as being serious. If you are porting for your own personal use, great! If you are porting with the intent of distribution here in the Sprint forums, Contacting me first would had been the proper thing to do.

Multi windows

Hi guys, I was just curious which ROMs have multi windows. Thanks!!

There is an Xposed module that can do it on rooted stock 4.4.4. I tried it out once but most of the apps I wanted to use crashed in it. It seemed to work OK with Chrome on top and Facebook on the bottom, which is what I used it for the most, but uninstalled it after a few days because it just didn't work as well as I wanted.

Any ROMs? Anyone?! This forum is pretty lame, huh?
