nope. still working here in malaysia. try using google dns if you tink its ur isp blocking the site. and pls pay for apps and support devs. hope ur not lying.

Whenever I try to download from the Google pay it takes always long time,(atleast 5minutes.), to start downloading the app. I never faced this problem on stock rom. Since I started using custom rom I am facing it.. Is it network problem or something else. I am using uninor service.

I come and check here a lot. At least once every half hour. If I'm not checking xda, I'm checking the cm10 changelog to see what to expect

Hmm... I check it maybe once a day, and sometimes even a week goes by in between checks.
This proves to be a problem because it's impossible to read the 300 new posts on a ROM thread, and when you ask something, people either just tell you it's already been asked, or you get ignored... And when they do reply, by the next time I check I can't even find if someone replied..
Has anyone managed to find a good way to stay informed while not wasting my life on the forums?

For me it depends on the whether or not I'm having any problems with the ROM I'm currently running. That can mean once a day, or 10 times a day.

1, if you want to speak to developers, spamming the General thread over and over won't help. Try messaging the dev's. There's a reason the CM10 devs haven't released anything for the Note 2 yet, but that would take a bit of reading to find out. 2, I don't mind your spelling, it's like a puzzle for me. By the way, your comma and period buttons seem to be broken on your keyboard. 3, why do you need a "room"? I assume you mean ROM, but again, why do you think you need a ROM? We have jelly bean, and stock seems to be bringing the best battery life at the moment. 4, lastly, being from south of the border doesn't excuse the spam. I think you are just doing so to get rights to post in the dev section, and once that happens, I am fairly certain you will get booted out of there quick.

To be completely honest, back in Windows Mobile days when I joined, this forum was pretty much under the radar and wasnt as mainstream as it is now, it used to be booming with energy, now I look at today and its completely dead in my eyes in terms of ROM development, unless maybe thats just this phone and other recent devices have more attention, but previous phones I've owned had a lot of updates for ROMs and even some ported over goodies and that got me into becoming a flash junkie, and people would actually answer my questions that was never asked before on the support threads and etc. nowndays people go on about different things and not answer your question(NO OFFENSE to anyone) but things change so I cant really do much about it, just thought I'd bring this out since this is thread relating to "Used to be Fun"

back in the day this was the "dev" site and ppcgeeks was more so the way this was 2-3 years ago (still good, not great) now it's.....i'll keep my mouth shut and just help where i can and download what i like
