I'm searching for the Professional InTheHand library, or something free that can make me capable to read the sms account, in working with c# and i'm trying to do a small application for send and save to sent messagge with multy contact send list...

have you looked at the Windows Mobile 5 SDK?? there is a reference that you can use to send / receive SMS messages and interface with the contacts list... Microsoft.WindowsMobile.PocketOutlook.dll

yes, i'm using that reference, but it's limitated,
i can't use that for save a copy of sms in the sent folder, and i can't retrive the received sms...
or not ?
can you post me a little bit of explanation code for retrive an sms ?

[Q] save SMS in Sent Items folder in C #

Hi I would like to ask if anyone knows how to easily save your SMS messages in your Sent Items folder. I found option that can be used InTheHand the Mobile Library is a paid service. Then the library MAPI.Net but I could not find any documentation. Could someone advise me how to do it? I'm Sending SMS through the Internet and I want to save a copy of sent message to the default sent folder.

Trying to attach pdf to a text message to send out work schedule to a specific group. I can attach pictures and video things but can't find a place to attach file. Any ideas whether even possible.

Yeah. Using a file explorer (I use Root Explorer), find the PDF you wanna send, longpress on it and a list of options comes up. Select Send (or Share, depending on explorer) and then select Messaging from the list.

when i do that there is no option for message. It only goes to the email clients on my phone and bluetooth. Doesn't give me message option for some reason. is there a setting I need to change somewhere else???

I mean as long as the file isnt to big you should be able to but why not just email the file?

For stuff like that, I upload it to Dropbox then send the link via sms. I don't know that it's even possible to send files that aren't photos or videos through mms.

There is an app called Tmail. It allows you to send any kind of file from your SDcard with an MMS message.

But it is only limited to the MMS size which is 300KB, too small.

It's not an ideal/perfect solution but I really like PushBullet. Not ideal because the recipient needs to install it also but the features are very powerful and extremely reliable and easy to use.

[REQUEST] or [IDEA] for NEW Picture Homebrew application

Hi,
is possible to make HOMEBREW app which can access destinatation \My Documents\Zune\Content\0300\00\ and see the pictures which are in Picture HUB ?
This app should have also possiblity:
1. Edit images through programs like Photo Enhancer
2. Deleting multiple images
3. Manual Album creation
4. Share to Facebook, Twitter, Skydrive, Hotmail, Dropbox
5. Take pictures
6. Copy and Paste to Skydrive folders

And I would actually LOVE an app that makes it able to organize pictures on-device. It's such an annoyance to first sync them to Zune and organizing them and then sync them back.
EDIT: I might do one myself, but if anyone knows anything about how Zune and the phone organizes pictures and videos I'd appreciate to get that info. Will look into it myself later today thou, but any help would be awesome

OK, I added [REQUEST] or [IDEA] to the title.
Well I don't know much about how Zune organizes the pictures but I know that Zune, Camera saves photo this destination
\My Documents\Zune\Content\0300\00\ and save it to some file for example 3d.jpg; 03.jpg; 39.jpg etc.
But Zune must store [ some dat file maybe in \My Documents\Zune\Content\0300\00\zunedb.dat] the real name of the picture that on computer looks like WP_000002.jpg.
It will be nice to have alternative to Picture Hub and if you will look on it it will be great.

I've been looking a bit on the zunedb.dat file in 101 Editor and the identifier or what ever it's called is ZMDB (Zune Media DataBase i think) and I could really use some help on this because this isn't really my area of expertise
Could attach a copy of the file I've been looking at if anyone is interested?
EDIT: Attached it in a zip anyway, and here is some of the information I've found so far.
The albums I've synced from my computer are these, with their respective start address in the file, or at least where the album name is in the file, and after each album name there are paths and such to the particular files, but also a lot of information that I don't know what it is.

Well it's 100% that this app wil not autorization from MS but for the homebrew app its not needed.
I hope that someone share the info which you need.

then we dont realy need any info from MS because you can upload it to Skydrive + you cann access the phone file system via WPDM or WMDC/ActiveSync launcher if zou have phone unlock etc.
What do you think ?

Well, it's possible. There are other apps doing everything of that, except the saving location, so I doubt there would be any problems.
The reason for my app and what it does is that it enables you to organize the photos, add/delete/rename albums shown in the Pictures Hub, and move photos between these albums.
AND if zunedb.dat is "worked out" it will also enable us to add music and videos to the Zune app, which means if you use any Music Downloader, you could add them to the regular player, instead of having to open that particular music app to play them.
I hope you see why I think this really is something worth investigating.

I think there's an application called Private Hub that does most of it, not sure thou.
It will also enable you to password protect certain images/albums (in app ONLY)

[Q] NFC sending but can't receive files

hi i have a galaxy nexus 4.2.2 and i can send files to SGS3 using NFC but when i want to receive files from the SGS3 it redirect me to play store and says application not able (application non disponible) ... can you help me please

if you want to send a file, you have to open it with a app or open a file explorer first. and I guess the receiver should has the same app or a matched one. thats my thought.
Me(GNexus) and my friend(SGS3) had tried that, only sending and receiving pictures worked, and finally we used bluetooth instead.
