Sure, you can. But you shouldn't do it, believe me.
Look in the developement section for the correct firmwares for your device.

among these 3 which one is the best to use ?
If you're on a locked bootloader, you need to flash .42, root and update OTA to .62.
I believe .69 was specific to Germany and some gmail issues.

Relock Bootloader for Xperia S (LT18i)

Hi, I found this guide for the LT15i, but it doesn't mention that it's suitable for the lt18i too.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1324703
Is the process the same, is the file linked suitable for the Arc S too?
Thanks.

How can I install CM on my device? Or can I install firmwares of the Xperia Acro S? Becouse docomo latest version is 4.0.4 and Acro S latest is 4.1. I would be have custom firmware.

you can only install stock based JB 4.1.2 from Xperia Acro S and it is a little bit risky.. you can brick your phone.. CM roms requires unlocked bootloader.. :/

Firmware xperia M2 port To Xperia M

Hello guys,
I have a question. Can I flash the xperia M2 firmware to my xperia M because I think that the xperia M2 have the same hardware.
If yes, must I change anything ?
Thanks

NO.
Xperia M2 isn't xperia m. If you flash that .ftf file you'll end up with a plastic slab. So don't modify it, don't flash it and stick to stock (or custom ROMs ).
It only takes 2 taps to thank somebody here.
