Hello guys,
I got another Body glove case and made a review of it..This case is to be delivering the "executive" look while providing extra protecting AND adding a kick stand... I personally did not like it and so far is the worst body glove case ive ever tested..It has some good points, like the safety it provides to the back , but clips? who rocks clips nowadays??
I think it was a good idea that wasnt delivered correctly
Hope it helps you guys

was thinking of buying this but having seconds thoughts now after ur review thanks alot
..
i returned my body glove case after 3 days . It was just utterly impossible to take off and also once off 3 time it was not interlocking anymore. love the feel and the holster. will not knock that. but i returned and sadly have not found a decent counterpart in my area.
^^^ thats exactly how I felt..It was ridiculously awful...I never put cases or companies down..however this case won the worst case for the galaxy s2 in my opinion..sadly ..if you are looking for something that has the characteristics of this case...you wont be able to find it..at least not yet
This case is an automatic fail. two pieces with a clipper? lol worst idea.
I actually like this case, though it is a pita to take off unless you use a credit card.

Cheaper price
http://www.maker4u.com/zenus-galaxy-note-case-color-capsule-slide-standing-air-jacket.html
Looks pretty cool. Might order one
nice.. but is expensive.. will wait for a chinese maker to come up with a replica ;-)
I agree ^ looks quite nice but is a bit too expensive. If a cheaper alternative becomes available, I might just grab one.
This looks to be the best case for the note yet.
How well made is it?
Is it as protective as a casemate or otterbox commuter?
Hell, I might get this case

I just really wanted one after seeing that image, so I just pulled the trigger.
I'll post some pictures when I receive it.
Ditto for me.

Lurk. Here. Interested.
Whoa, that looks super useful. I wonder how the case is resistant against drops
Just bought it from Ebay, can't wait to get it...

Curious about this one as well.
I was going to wait for the casemate, but this looks just as good as the other versions of casemate imo. And why wait when your phone could get scratched up? It takes 10 days minimum to ship, so if you guys are on the fence about ordering it, order soon cause the wait is kinda long

Hah. After waiting over a month to get a case that I payed express shipping for, I could care less. I just look forward to getting a case itself.

Don't forget that orders from China can take a long time around new year, and...
any other time of the year
Can the owners comment how much extra thickness does it add to the note?
From the pictures it looks like it will add more thickness than a TPU silicone case.
And how soft are the insides against the phone? No point having a protective cover that leaves a permanent dent on the unit. Thanks in advance
I would advise against the white colour, because over time it will absorb the colour of your jeans/bad etc etc.
The black and Cyan is a good combo, it reminds me of ICS and CyanogenMod. Plus the black will fit nicely with a locked screen + bezel.
I don't think they were specially contructed like the Otterbox (those things take a beating), but it looks quite protective. However its so thick that I wont be getting it as it wont fit in my pockets anymore.
I've already bought the Black&Gray TPU-Silicon case (with kickstand) and I'll post my impressions when I get some "hands on"
just ordered one too, kinda expensive but hopefully its a nice case
Does anyone have any recommendations for a case. I've has 2 Krusell cases, I like them, but they keep cracking. I also had the official one which I didn't really like - felt cheap.
Has anyone any recommendations? I'm thinking of the NGP Semi-Rigid Soft Shell Case. I want to still maintain the thin feel of the phone.
Reviews in accessories section .

Wrong thread but the Otter Box is great. I couldn't live without it.

case-mate barerly there?
If I was you, I would go for the 's line' case from Ebay.
Why? It's cheap, very good build quality, protects the screen also and the most important for feature, grip at both sides.

Mine is starting to crack, fell out my hoodie pocket today about 1ft drop and the case has a crack on it. Also has another crack from when I dropped it at a house party but its barely noticeable.
case mate though, very, very good, i love it, and makes my mind rest, if my phone falls to the ground i will survive

I was looking at the case mates but they seem to be made of the same material as the Krusell, which cracked twice on me, also the fact that the camera cutout isn't entirely flush would be a bugbear for me.
Went into CPW at lunch to have a look, but they only had 2 cases! Hard to buy these things blind online.

Its a good quality product.
What the **** do you do with your phone that you break so many cases?
My barely there is cracking after 3 weeks. I hope it stops cracking haha

Normally I don't like cases on my phones, but I had to take one also for work so my phone won't get scratched. But because I like the s line so much, I keep it on whole the time

I'm amazed with all the positive comments for such a cheap case. Ordered one on eBay, might still keep an eye out for another though.
Having said that the phone feels so much better without a cover.

so as you guys know , I made the review for the defender and now its time for the commuter!
Very sleek, sexy and portable case. Minimum bulk while delivering great protection. A little slippery on the back but i can handle that
For me..ill take this case over the defender any day of the week.
Enjoy!

I got mine a few days ago and it's great. It doesn't make the phone to bulky at all and looks and feels great.
I convinced my brother to buy one after I dropped (test) it shoulder-high on the ceramic floor, twice. Still shiny new. The past reviews that I read were pushing me away from the commuter but I can honestly say it delivers protection and it's not that bulky. It doesn't pick up that much dust, and my phone is always in and out of my pocket. also, when you get the hang of it, you can put the case and remove it in 2 seconds. I don't know why people were hating on it. I don't use the extended batteries, gsm.
Has anyone crammed a VZW Gnex with the extended battery into the Commuter? Right now I'm just using a cheapo gel skin, but I'm in and out of the case a lot and it's starting to stretch.
Those cases make me cringe. Such beautiful phones being destroyed by cases.

I Rather rock a case than to have a destroyed phone
Honestly Im a HUGE fan of rocking my phone naked..however I cant afford a new phone every time I drop it (and with my dropping skills it happens pretty often). Thats why i stick with the thinnest cases possible that still give good protection (sgp, diztronic, commuter, etc)

Yea I have it and it fits fine. You may want to take the battery cover off. That's what I do
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Tapatalk
Same here. If you choose not to cover your phone, that is your given right. However, when you have an unlocked device you're running a big enough risk as it is.
Also the VZW users may want to check this guy's mod out.

i had the commuter for my captivate and decided to try one for my gnex but returned it. it is one of the best fitting dual layer case that ive tried but i dont like how the outer hard shell is so slippery and the lines down it make it look cheap. the case was just as slippery as the naked gnex.
i bought the incipio silicrylic instead, it doesnt fit at tight as the commuter but is a bit thinner since the lip is not as high. the silicrylic feels so much better to hold with its rubber coating on the hard shell and exposed silicon on the sides and top. another downside is the incipio attracts more dirt than the commuter but its not as bad as some people say.
I had this case...pushing the buttons thru the case was a pain so I returned it! And pulling the battery is a true *****! In terms of protection, its great though! No doubt! I don't use a case anymore but I highly recommend if you're in the US to just go to ur local Verizon store and grab an incipio, fits better and pushing the buttons are easy! Plus they give u a stand too! Although I returned that also cuz this phone is too sexy and sleek to cover up, in my opinion of course!

Commuter with no battery back fits well. Best IMO.

I bought my GNex slightly used (1 month old), the previous owner had the Commuter one the GNex from day one, which was cool because I knew I was buying a used device that was most likely to be in mint condition... and it was. It has GREAT protection and IMO the corners having the interlining exposed was a great design because if/when you drop the phone, it's most likely to land on a corner first.
THAT said however... I'm currently NOT using it and decided to go with something slimmer ONLY because I've developed a habit of typing ONLY with Swype with ONE hand, it started when I had the Nexus ONE... and I got pretty good at it... The problem is... the GNex being bigger, Swyping with one hand is now more of an effort because I don't have big hands. WITH the Commuter case, it was simply more work... I'm keeping the Commuter for now, and would totally still be using it if it wasn't for the Swype thing.
Hey XDA!
Just thought I'd share this GNex accessory with you guys.
http://www.amazon.com/Ultra-Pocket-...398FWG8WBJ1NO&qid=1350202164&s=generic&sr=1-8
I bought this 'sleeve' around 4 months ago when I bought my nexus, and its been great!
I didn't want to have a bulky case, but I also didn't want my phone to be naked and then find out one day that it's broken. I like using my phone naked, and this sleeve is great.
It is really thin, hugs the phone tight, and the quality is pretty alright. But for 15 bucks I'm not complaining.
Check it out, tell me how you like it ;D

Looked at the reviews and all of them had pointed to bad craftsmanship and poor build quality. How long has it been holding up and is it still in good shape?
Here are some pictures. Keep in mind that I use it really roughly, and I live in India where I travel by public transport and it's dusty and hot.
It is really thin, and light, but volume is really low because it's blocked by the sleeve.
The top part is kinda coming out, but it doesn't really matter to be, because it protects my phone well.

Yep, I've taken this out for tons of gigs, no issues.
Keep calm and mosh \m/
