Is there any Android app like the iPhone one that lets you watch the games live? I've tried watching it in the browser, but it just lags and crashes.

No, there is no bluetooth multiplayer. GAMELOFT muti is on gameloft server or through your lan.

It has bluetooth multiplayer. It's a simple, but entertaining game. Just search for it in the Market.
Iron Wars
(I have never tried actually, but) has cross platform (android-ios-macos) multiplayer and is a great looking shooter. Quite entertaining for a while too. You can find this in the Market too.
